Offering: Hūṃ, in the center is the king of mountains, Mount Sumeru, to the east is Videha, to the north is Uttarakuru, to the west is Godānīya, to the south is Jambudvīpa, the sun, the moon, in the center is the wealth of gods and humans, complete and lacking nothing. I offer this as a contribution to the Dharma-wheel, which enters into the inseparability of the Lama and the chief deity of the mandala. Please accept it with compassion for the benefit of beings, and having accepted it, please bless me. Thus, offer the mandala. By whose kindness great bliss is attained, which arises in an instant, the body of the Lama, like a precious jewel, I prostrate to the lotus feet of the Vajra Holder. Glorious Vajrayoginī, and so on, I prostrate to the one who protects beings. The self-nature body of all Buddhas, I seek refuge in the teacher. Glorious Vajrayoginī, please bless me. Recite the prayer three times. I seek refuge in the Three Jewels. I confess all sins separately. I rejoice in the virtues of beings. I hold the Buddha's enlightenment in my mind. I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha until enlightenment. In order to accomplish the benefit of myself and others, I generate the mind of enlightenment. Having generated the supreme mind of enlightenment, I invite all sentient beings as guests. I practice the supreme and desirable conduct of enlightenment. May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings. Thus, recite the daily confession three times. And all the Buddhas with their sons, all the heroes and yoginīs, please all of you consider me. I, named so-and-so, from this time onwards, until the heart essence of enlightenment, like the protectors of the three times, the unsurpassed Bodhicitta, by which they certainly attained enlightenment, I generate. The training in morality, and the accumulation of virtuous dharmas, and the three moralities that benefit sentient beings, I will hold them firmly and separately. I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the unsurpassed Three Jewels. The vows born from Buddha-yoga, I will take from now on. Of the supreme and great lineage, In the pleasing realm of vows, Daily, also within six times, Constantly bestow the four kinds of generosity. Arising from the great Bodhi mind, In the pure great lineage of the lotus, The three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, Hold all the sacred Dharma without exception. In the supreme and great lineage of action, Endowed with all vows, Truly and without error, I shall uphold them, And perform the deeds of offering to the best of my ability. The Bodhi mind is supreme and unsurpassed, After I, the sacred one, have generated it, For the sake of all sentient beings, I shall uphold all vows without exception. Those not liberated, I shall liberate, Those not freed, I shall free, Those without breath, I shall give breath, And establish sentient beings in Nirvana. Thus, take the vows three times. To the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, I shall always go for refuge. To the Yogini, secret mantra, and Dakini, Possessing the nature of the three wheels, To all of them, I shall go for refuge. To the heroes, heroines, and powerful goddesses, And the great essence of Bodhisattvas, Especially to the Guru, I shall always go for refuge. To the glorious blood-drinking heroes and others, The Yoginis and Illuminators, and others, The immeasurable Bodhisattvas, I beseech all to consider me. From this time onwards, Until I abide in non-duality, Their non-dual conduct of celibacy, The twenty-two precepts, I shall well protect. Thus, take the uncommon vows three times. Ā Khaṃ Vīra Hūṃ (藏文：ཨཱ་ཁཾ་ཝཱི་ར་ཧཱུཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：ā khaṃ vīra hūṃ，汉语字面意思：阿，康，勇士，吽) Offer flowers. Sprinkle vase water on the disciple and purify with Sumba (藏文：སུཾ་བྷ). Om Āḥ Hūṃ Bestow Nectar (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་བདུད་རྩི་སྦྱིན།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om āḥ hūṃ bdud rtsi sbyin，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 吽 布施甘露). Ask: Son, who are you? Where do you delight? Answer: Auspicious one, I delight in great bliss. Thus, repeat after me. Ask: What does he do for the son? Answer: The vow of the supreme Buddha. Thus, repeat after me. Instruct the disciple to visualize a white Vajra on the moon at the heart. Om Sarva Yoga Citta Utpādayāmi (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཡོ་ག་ཙིཏྟ་ཨུཏྤ་ད་ཡཱ་མི།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva yoga citta utpādayāmi，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切，瑜伽，心，生起，呀弥). Thus, instruct to repeat after me. Instruct to visualize the Vajra touching the heart and becoming firm, The Vajra touches the disciple's heart.
