The definition of fire is: After having some experience of these, wisdom is elevated, sometimes tightened, sometimes relaxed, and a definite understanding of emptiness arises. In particular, internally it is the emptiness of mind, externally it is the emptiness of objects, and the state of equality of inner and outer, abiding in the essence of becoming one, is the sixth contemplation stage. The meaning of the food metaphor is: After having experience of these, cultivate the methods that generate the experience of bliss and clarity described above, and practice while repeatedly mixing with the state of non-elaboration and inconceivability. Later, without relying on objects, all of self and others, vessels and contents, appear as bliss and emptiness. For some, it appears gradually, and for some, it appears simultaneously, which is not certain. This is the seventh great contemplation stage. Therefore, these are called the instructions of the inconceivable, or the yoga of particularly believing in that suchness. Second, the path of desire for those with attachment also exists in one aspect of the meaning of secret fire offerings. These instructions are recorded separately in the guidance manual. Second, the key points of the pervasive completion stage are divided into two parts: the root and branches of the path. The first part includes: the instruction of the cow's hoof print, the instruction like the vulva, the instruction of the water tree ear, and the instruction of the stupa vase, there are four in total. First, some outsiders say that meditating on the cow's hoof print in front of one's own body is external, relying on bindu and relying on letters is internal, relying on the wisdom mudra is secret, and using the cow's hoof print as an example to explain union, that is suchness. Although they think there are four cow's hoof print instructions, it is not reasonable. Because meditating only on what is in front is difficult for the completion stage meditation of beginners. The third is also included in the pervasive instruction, so there is no need to count it separately. The fourth is only purification practice, and its essence is not an instruction other than the inconceivable. Therefore, there are four types of meditation: meditating on the cow's hoof print, thirteen letters, two letters, one letter, and just meditating on bindu. The first is, in the Second Secret Seat, "In the center of the heart, visualize the moon." Until "Meditate on everything in that place." The meaning of what is said in between.

Having done the previous preliminary practice, place the eight letters on the body as well. On the soles of both feet, visualize a blue yuṃ (藏文:ཡུཾ,梵文天城体:yuṃ,梵文罗马拟音:yum,汉语字面意思:勇) each, which is the nature of wind. Above that, visualize a red kṣuṃ (藏文:ཀྵུཾ,梵文天城体:kṣuṃ,梵文罗马拟音:kṣum,汉语字面意思:啥) each, which is the nature of fire. In the place of the heart, visualize a red lotus with eight petals, in a closed posture. Inside that, in the center of the lotus, is the nature of a bindu. On top of the lunar disc, although it is said to meditate on any one of oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:oṃ,梵文罗马拟音:om,汉语字面意思:嗡), maṃ (藏文:མཾ,梵文天城体:maṃ,梵文罗马拟音:mam,汉语字面意思:芒), hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音:hum,汉语字面意思:吽), ṅaṃ (藏文:ངཾ,梵文天城体:ṅaṃ,梵文罗马拟音:ngam,汉语字面意思:昂), or a (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:a,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), in practice, meditate on the white oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:oṃ,梵文罗马拟音:om,汉语字面意思:嗡) letter. Around the edge, the twelve vowels excluding ṛ (藏文:རྀ,梵文天城体:ṛ,梵文罗马拟音:ri,汉语字面意思:利) and ḷ (藏文:ལྀ,梵文天城体:ḷ,梵文罗马拟音:li,汉语字面意思:立) are circled counterclockwise in white color. At the junction of the lotus petals and the center, one must meditate on the bull's hoof print. Although in reality, it is something with many pulse openings, in this case, meditate with focus. From the front and back, visualize one shape resembling utpala lotus petals each, and from the left and right, there is a golden wind each, and visualize the tips of the two left and right petals almost touching above. The root of that heart lotus that is inserted into the navel is the central channel. Do not meditate on the central channel above the heart. Expel stale air. By inhaling about half of the lower air, the wind moves from the yuṃ (藏文:ཡུཾ,梵文天城体:yuṃ,梵文罗马拟音:yum,汉语字面意思:勇) letters on the soles of both feet, and fire blazes from the kṣuṃ (藏文:ཀྵུཾ,梵文天城体:kṣuṃ,梵文罗马拟音:kṣum,汉语字面意思:啥) letters. Passing through the path of the buttocks and thighs, reaching the navel, think that the whole body becomes very warm. Hold the exhaled air slightly. The summary is: the two armpits and the two ribs, the two soles of the feet, and the navel and the heart. This refers to the nine places below. The eyes, ears, two nostrils, crown of the head, small tongue, forehead, back, and the two nostrils combined into one. This refers to the nine places above. In this way, from these eighteen places, draw the nectar bodhicitta and think that it reaches the crown of the head. Along with inhaling the air, nectar descends from the crown of the head, passing through the path of the small tongue, descending onto the lotus of the heart. In this way, the eight petals of the lotus open, and the bull's hoof print also opens, so the moon and the letters become clear and radiant, and the nectar seeps into them little by little. Then, hold the gentle wind in union. From the pulse openings on the left and right sides of the bull's hoof print, from the pulse openings like arrow holes, white wind rises from the right, and red wind rises from the left. When they touch the moon, which is the seat of the letters, the moon itself spins violently to the right.
