Therefore, the body posture should be adjusted well. If it is at the time of the previous generation stage's bliss increasing twice, or when one is slightly accustomed to the visualization of the completion stage that will appear below, then actually increase with bliss. Otherwise, just have faith. That is, when the breath enters, remember Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), visualize yourself clearly as the deity's body, and have faith in that bliss. When abiding, remember Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Āḥ), and have faith that both yourself and others are at ease. When going out, remember Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ), and have faith that all appearances are at ease. This is also practiced as a preliminary way for all the completion stages that will appear below, and it is also practiced to increase the experience of bliss in that completion stage, and it can also be used to increase the subtle bindu of the generation stage, but after slightly getting used to the practice of blocking the nine doors, if you practice this specifically for a long time, it will become a special means of practicing the channels. Secondly, in the actual completion stage, there are two key points: the pervasive completion stage and the pervaded completion stage. If the first one is classified, there are two paths: the inconceivable yoga and the path of desire. The first of these is taught in the second chapter of the Secret Root Tantra, with "Colorless is the reality of all colors," etc. What is explained is the bindu, and what is explained is freedom from elaboration. That is, in the heart of the self-deity, in the center of the five-petaled lotus, visualize a blue bindu, and on the four petals, a white one in the east, a yellow one in the north, a red one in the west, and a black one in the south, thus visualizing the four bindus. If you can visualize all five at once, then focus on all five. If you cannot, then focus on them one by one. Alternatively, visualize a red bindu in the vajra jewel, a mixture of breath and mind, with the nature of touch, heat, pleasure, and warmth, and then focus on it with one-pointed mind. This visualization should not be done by alternating exhalation and external and internal retention. By practicing, a special experience of clarity will arise. After getting slightly used to it, practice the breath practice of the secret subtle bindu mentioned earlier, and an experience of bliss and emptiness without beginning or end will arise. At that time, a spontaneous, non-conceptual experience that transcends the mind will arise, just like the example of practicing with a son and a student, generating non-conceptuality through conceptual thought. The experience to be practiced is that non-conceptuality, which is the cause.

Thereafter, wisdom should examine the knowable, and use the knowable to examine sentient beings. (This is) what is said. Bless the deity's body with the experience of bliss and emptiness. The deity's body, clear, empty, and blissful, arises spontaneously, and its meaning is to bless all appearances with it. However, this is how to practice: On a comfortable seat, keep the body in the correct posture and let the breath flow naturally. Abandon all the elaborations of conceptual thoughts of the three times, and rest without thinking of anything. Here, the way of looking is also said to be looking at the tip of the nose. Thus, in the second chapter of the root tantra's secret place: With the diligence of equanimity of mind, only that nature of self-nature purity, write with the mind and realize all, offer with the flower of the mind. With the incense of self-nature purity, illuminate with the lamp of wisdom. The body satisfied with the nectar torma, invite and consume all. As it is said, abiding in the unaltered nature of the mind is equanimity. The meaning of the perfect mandala is the fundamental object of focus. It is the first round of inconceivable objects of focus. Self-nature purity is the meaning of the mandala's purity. Greatly observe the nature of that mind, and search for what kind of state it is. Neither the inner and outer, nor the apprehended and apprehender, nor the three of arising, abiding, and ceasing are established, and realize this, and abide in this equanimity. In order to realize the purity of the self-nature purity of the mind, the act of searching for the mind is the second great object of focus. Mind, that is, two things, should be understood as appearance and conceptual thought. Therefore, the meaning of smearing with fragrant scent is that whatever appearances such as forms and sounds arise, on top of that, when searching and examining with inward-turning wisdom, although the appearance does not cease, its nature cannot be expressed in any way, and abiding in this is the third great object of focus. Likewise, the meaning of the flower is that whatever arises from the conceptual thoughts of the mind, the gate of movement, attachment, aversion, joy, sorrow, etc., also examine it with self-nature. At the time of arising, there is no grasp, and that non-existence is also repeatedly recognized. That is the fourth round of objects of focus. If you are familiar with those two, the meaning of incense. Whether the appearance of an object arises or conceptual thoughts arise, whatever arises, abide without alteration, maintaining the continuity that does not deviate from the nature of emptiness, which is the fifth round of objects of focus.
