From the sha place, the oral instructions of the Om syllable (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Chinese literal meaning: Om), the Tummo arrow shooting, the types of water trees and flowers, and other ascetic practices are taught. These are clearly explained through the connection and the view of the guru's oral instructions, and they arise from the literal meaning of the tantra. Who can understand all the meanings of the complete stage of the general tantra? Nevertheless, if we consider the Dharma teachings translated in this direction, in the commentary on the teachings of a single tree by Arya Deva, there is only an explanation that combines the eight places with the inner meaning. Furthermore, from Jeta's Fourth Reality and others, there are various scattered classifications of the complete stage. However, since there are no extensive treatises on the complete stage that can grasp the essential points of the tantric meaning, such as the Five Stages, the Compendium of Practices, and the Spring Drop, the extensive complete stage must be understood from the tantra itself. Moreover, almost all visualizations clearly arise from the literal meaning of the tantra, so this is especially a place of trust. In order to easily understand from which stage of the tantra what kind of complete stage arises, the source is mentioned first. Now, regarding the order of putting these into practice, there are two: the preliminary practice of guidance and the main practice. The first is further divided into two: common and special preliminary practices. The first common preliminary practice is the accumulation and purification that precedes refuge and bodhicitta, and the guru yoga, which is the same as others. The second special preliminary practice is the protective circle of wrathful deities and hand implements combined with wind, and the accumulation of merit and guru yoga combined with wind. These should also be understood as explained in the guidance manual of the Four Stages and the mixing and transferring of the oral instructions of Hevajra. Secondly, the main practice is divided into the oral instructions for enriching the deity of the generation stage with bliss and emptiness, and how to practice the profound complete stage. The first is that from this king of tantras arises what is called the "breast oral instruction." In the second chapter of the Secret Root Tantra, it says: "In its center, it should be known, consciousness, should be contemplated like space." The meaning of "center" here is the four wheels, the space between the eyebrows, the back of the head, and the jewel, these seven, here referring to the vajra jewel.

There, also due to the object of focus, even if there is a similar form, there are times when the generation stage and completion stage each transform due to the differences in the individual timing of the practitioner. Here, taking it as transforming into the generation stage, at the beginning of the practice, taking refuge, generating bodhicitta, the protection wheel, offering torma, at the end of practicing any of the extensive or concise generation stages, visualize oneself as the Bhagavan Mother, the Wisdom自在母(yé shì zì zài mǔ) whose heart is inseparable from Vajrasattva, at the tip of the lotus at the junction of the secret place of union, a blue vajra born from the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,हूँ,hūṃ,吽), from the center the size of a bean, there is an extremely subtle white bindu, focus on this and abide. Or visualize oneself as the Sky Yogini or Vajrasattva, and in the vajra jewel at the junction of the secret place of union with the consort Wisdom自在母(yé shì zì zài mǔ) or Vajra Pride Mother, visualize the bindu with hand symbols as before. At this time, if you cannot visualize the Wisdom自在母(yé shì zì zài mǔ) with three faces and six arms, you can also visualize one face and two arms, the right hand holding a khatvanga, and the left hand holding a skull cup. Focusing on that object, practice this pranayama like this: adjust the posture, eliminate impure air three times, slowly inhale the upper air and hold it as much as possible, then learn to exhale slowly. Like this, for a month or so, according to the difference in clarity of the object and the size of diligence, study as appropriate. The sign of slightly grasping the air is that a feeling of either pleasure or pain will arise. At that time, shake the feet, gently beat and rub the front and back of the intestines, etc., in the state of the object and the previous pranayama, the stomach swells, the abdomen churns, and slightly pull upwards from the center of the downward-clearing air, it is not always necessary, do such an action once every two or three breaths. Visualize all the upper and lower airs dissolving in the form of light rays into the vajra bindu at the tip of the secret place. Or, on the right channel in the mother's bhaga, there is a black Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,हूँ,hūṃ,吽) syllable, on the left channel there is a red Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,हूँ,hūṃ,吽) syllable, wind is born from the black, fire is born from the red, by squeezing, the flame becomes two halves, flowing out separately from the central channels of the father and mother, the father's bodhicitta
