The arising stage is, (this) is for the purpose of bestowing the mantra empowerment, not for the purpose of uttering that word. After that, visualize the essence of glorious Heruka father and mother, the vajra and bell, placed on the crown of the head, filling the body with light. Recite: Om Shri Heruka Adhipati Tvam. Abhisincha Mam. Shri Heruka Nama Abhishekata. Hey Shri! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཨ་དྷི་པ་ཏི་ཏྭཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ श्री हेरुक अधिपतित्वं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ śrī heruka adhipatitvaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Auspicious, Heruka, Lord), remember the secret name. This is the name empowerment. Having bestowed these empowerments in this way, the five afflictions are purified, the five aggregates are transformed, and the five wisdoms are manifested. It is an empowerment for accomplishing the activities of the five Buddhas. Transform oneself into Vajrasattva, with a white body, holding a vajra and bell. Place the essence of Vajrasattva, the vajra, in the hand, (recite:) This is all the Buddhas, Heruka holds the auspicious one in his hand, May you always hold your (vajra), Heruka's auspicious vow is firm. Transform oneself into the body of Blood-Drinking Heruka, and bestow the implements that arise from the syllable Hūṃ. Heruka's auspicious khatvanga, the yogini's damaru, the vajra khatvanga together with the vajra, the bell rings softly, the yogi holding the Brahma cord, the khatvanga and the yogic vessel, may the great hero enjoy, this is the vow of conduct. Then, the deities of empowerment dissolve into the eight channels of the heart of the main deity. If one likes elaboration, from the water empowerment up to this point, bless the empowerment substances in the three places, invite the wisdom deity, perform the empowerment, sealing, etc., as well as the disciple's offering for the five empowerments and the arising of realization, etc., which are the same as the common ritual. In between, offering to the deity, and the extensive subsequent rituals such as eye medicine can also be done. However, know that this is just elaboration. Pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and attracting, killing, separating, and suppressing, etc., killing and expelling all things, all these activities can be accomplished. Sword, eye medicine, and underground, shoes and pills as well, the accomplishments of the yogini, these can be accomplished as desired. This is the subsequent permission. Then comes the prophecy: Heruka's auspicious prophecy, with one voice to all, thus I have prophesied, Heruka's auspicious Tathagata.

舍！事物最极成就故，从有之恶趣中解脱。ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ནཱ་མ།（藏文，梵文天城体श्रीहेरुकनाम，梵文罗马拟音śrī heruka nāma，吉祥黑汝迦之名）ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཏིཥྛ་སིདྡྷི་ས་མ་ཡ་ཏྭཾ།（藏文，梵文天城体तथागततिष्ठसिद्धि समयत्वम्，梵文罗马拟音tathāgata tiṣṭha siddhi samayatvam，如来住成就誓言）བྷུ་ར་བྷུཿཝ་སྭཿ（藏文，梵文天城体भुर भुव स्वः，梵文罗马拟音bhura bhuva svaḥ，地、空、天）应忆持秘密名号，是为授记。于此最极秘密之坛城，进入以及见之，定能从一切罪业中解脱，今日汝等安乐住。仅以此灌顶之授予，学人将成具功德者。上师自身亦是安乐之，一切动静之誓言。明日早起心清净，无余诸事作已，守护及食等，以律仪之自性守护之。不顾身与命，守护誓言与律仪。日间与夜间三次，每日亦应念诵之。何时瑜伽士失坏，则成粗重之罪。从仲冬月起，每月守护者，无二无二轮安住。于初十，则极供养之。酒与肉等任何皆可。勇父空行母之众，一切皆住于无二之自在中。极供养黑汝迦吉祥。不应欲求下劣之乘。亦不应背离有情。亦不应舍弃轮回，亦不应分于寂灭。于一切勇父空行母，汝不应轻蔑之。手印毁坏，武器与，标志不应安置之。善护誓言之福德，于此生即能成就。见一切女人时，从左绕三匝，以头顶作礼已，三番作祈请。我非汝之子，乃至菩提生起时，菩提分从乳房，以生起之自乳养育之。于具足无二智慧者，以受学为先导，声音等空性为先导，极应守护梵行。恒常安住于彼誓言，彼为先导隐秘之意，于行与解脱之境欲求者，于意之欲求一切皆能成就。如是思惟坛城之主所说，主尊如何所教敕，如是吾亦应作之。三番承诺之。如是。

Śa! Because things are supremely accomplished, liberate from the evil destinies of existence. Śrī Heruka Nāma (藏文，梵文天城体श्रीहेरुकनाम，梵文罗马拟音śrī heruka nāma，Name of Auspicious Heruka). Tathāgata Tiṣṭha Siddhi Samayatvam (藏文，梵文天城体तथागततिष्ठसिद्धि समयत्वम्，梵文罗马拟音tathāgata tiṣṭha siddhi samayatvam，Thus Come One Abides, Accomplishment of Samaya). Bhura Bhuva Svaḥ (藏文，梵文天城体भुर भुव स्वः，梵文罗马拟音bhura bhuva svaḥ，Earth, Atmosphere, Sky). The secret name should be remembered, this is the prophecy. In this supremely secret mandala, by entering and seeing it, one will surely be liberated from all sins, today may you all dwell in happiness. Just by bestowing this empowerment, the student will become the possessor of qualities. The guru himself is also the happiness of, the samaya of all that is stable and moving. Tomorrow, rising early with a pure mind, having done all the remaining tasks, protecting and eating, etc., protect with the nature of discipline. Regardless of body and life, protect the samaya and discipline. Three times during the day and night, each day also recite it. Whenever the yogi becomes corrupted, he will become a gross offender. Starting from the middle winter month, protecting each month, the non-dual, non-dual wheel abides. On the tenth day, offer the best offerings. Whatever it may be, wine and meat, etc. The assembly of heroes and yoginis, all dwell in the freedom of non-duality. Supremely worship the auspicious Heruka. Do not desire the inferior vehicle. Also, do not turn your back on sentient beings. Also, do not abandon samsara, and do not separate from nirvana. To all the heroes and yoginis, you should not despise them. Breaking the mudras, weapons, and, signs should not be placed. By the merit of well-protecting the samaya, one will achieve accomplishment in this very life. When seeing all women, circumambulate three times from the left, and having prostrated with the crown of the head, make supplications three times. I am not your son, until enlightenment arises, nourish the limb of enlightenment from the breast, with your own milk that arises. To those endowed with non-dual wisdom, with taking vows as the preliminary, with emptiness of sounds, etc., as the preliminary, greatly protect celibacy. Always abide in that samaya, that is the preliminary hidden mind, for those who desire the state of practice and liberation, all desires in the mind will be accomplished. Thus, thinking that the lord of the mandala has spoken, how the chief deity has commanded, thus I should also do. Vow three times. Thus.
