Since this tantra is a Mother Tantra, it is to show that the mantra tantra is mainly Yogini. Regarding certain thoughts, etc., it is not intentional, and in the two interpretations of views, the first is: merely by thinking, that is, by applying the mind and becoming accustomed, one can cause the prana to enter the central channel and perform the three functions of dwelling, abiding, and dissolving. The resulting wisdom of bliss and emptiness is the supreme wisdom of the Yogini's Prajnaparamita, which is giving, that is, becoming the method of attainment. This is the first letter, because it is the beginning of all those who learn letters, so through the union of the letter Om (藏文:ཨོཾ།,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:唵) and prana as inseparable, one should always exhale, so that one can accomplish non-things. Located at the end of the eight letter groups, the vowel A (藏文:ཨཱ།,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:啊) with the clarifying letter Ha, that is, the letter Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and with bindu (藏文:ཐིག་ལེ།,梵文天城体:बिन्दु,梵文罗马拟音:bindu,汉语字面意思:明点), that is, using the letter Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) to inhale the yogi's breath, this is the accomplishment of things. From the power of these two, it is also shown that the prana dwells and the letter A (藏文:ཨཱ།,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:啊) is combined, thereby generating the wisdom of abandoning things and non-things. Here, the many instances of combining before and after are yoga, which is the meaning of practice. Non-things are the meaning of aging, sickness, death, and the exhaustion of the body's substance. By the power of yoga, one can exhaust conceptual thoughts. Things are the meaning of the growth of life and body and the increase of conceptual thoughts. Here, growing on the path will cause the Vajra body and wisdom to grow. Abandoning things and non-things that have become faults and abiding in the Mother Prajnaparamita is the benefit of prana dwelling. This treatise shows the Vajra recitation, and the detailed meaning of the Vajra recitation needs to be understood as explained in the Shri Vajramala Tantra and the Condensed Practice of the Five Stages, etc., because the words will also become numerous, and the previous Indian and Tibetan masters who explained this tantra have not said it either, so I will not write it here. From other instructions, it is said to be the meaning of inhaling and dwelling, and abandoning things and non-things is also explained as its benefit. There are two first letters, one is the beginning of speech, Om (藏文:ཨོཾ།,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:唵), and the other is the beginning of vowels, A (藏文:ཨཱ།,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:啊). Through the instructions

Also, the long A should be done with a break. The long and the break are completed later. The root letter is the first vowel. Exhaling is exhaling outwards and inhaling inwards, including both entering and exiting. Going outwards, the single breath of the syllable OM touches the A in the heart, the U relying on the right side of the throat, and the convolutions of the brain on the crown of the head, so the sound of OM arises. Reciting it dissolves the knots of those channels, and gradually dissolving, special wisdom also arises. When coming inwards, it travels between the secret places, relying on the left side of the throat, the sound of the letter A. When that touches the A in the heart, it becomes long, and in the secret place, it meets the downward-clearing, lifeless HA, so it is broken. The air above the throat is U, and the downward-clearing HA is completely gathered into the indestructible bindu in the heart, which is HUM. It is said that from that, clear light wisdom arises. In this tantra, the vajra recitation of the individual elements is not mentioned. Although those different winds, colors, shapes, and measures exist in the body's posture, they are not needed when a yogi meditates, because merely reciting the mantra inseparable from the wind purifies everything. That is the concise view. The second is the recitation of the near-essence mantra. "Merely thinking" refers to the meaning of speed, an excellent word, or when those who are very accustomed to yoga engage in activities, it also means that it is accomplished by merely thinking. The supreme yoginis are the dakinis of the five families. By stimulating their mind-streams, they will grant accomplishment. Not mentioning dakinis also includes glorious Heruka. Because OM and HUM are clearly shown in the first letter and so on, inserting the individual seed syllables or names in between, some also think that OM SHRIH HUM and so on are the union of the two truths, However, from the instructions, the term "object" indicates consonants, and the term "non-object" indicates vowels. Because it exists in the nature of A, it is not the consonant itself, nor is it the vowel itself with a stress mark, so it is AH. Therefore, because it is said that the mantra is three syllables, it is thought that it must be recited three times. This is their view, this practice.
