In order to please the mandala assembly, all heroes and yoginis must also believe that they are the deities themselves. Therefore, one should manifest oneself as the deity assembly of the mandala wheel. That is its meaning. Having explained the activities of with and without elaboration, when explaining the benefits of the various activities, "The glory of all Tathagatas" refers to the practice of the all-victorious conduct, which enables one to obtain the glory of all Tathagatas, that is, to obtain parts of the same kind from the qualities and activities of body, speech, and mind, and ultimately to obtain great accomplishment, that is, to be granted the state of Buddhahood. The meaning of granting is that one can obtain accomplishment through that practice. If one practices secretly, what benefits can one obtain? For example, "extracting essence" and so on, that is, extracting various essences from gods, nagas, rakshasas, and dakinis, and constantly, that is, giving them to others every day, thereby making sentient beings free from disease and old age, far from the Lord of Death, and so on, accomplishing these benefits. In addition, for the sake of the samaya substances of the tsok wheel, one should summon semen, summon alcohol, summon large lumps of flesh, that is, actually summon men or women, etc., from the sky, summon the actual corpse of the seventh generation, and also summon large pieces of meat, as well as summon those other special items that they symbolize. These are to be enjoyed together with the yoginis who have good fortune. This refers to obtaining those abilities from the complete secret practice, which is its fruit. The so-called mad conduct refers to when an Avadhuta acts in front of the world, one must combine these bodies in order to accomplish the benefit of oneself and others. The benefits of practicing mad conduct are longevity, etc., that is, on top of the previous merits, one is not overwhelmed by disease and old age, one is able to destroy wrong views, etc., and one overcomes others with great diligence, that is, it is the same as the four views mentioned in the Sutra school. Great glory means that one is not overwhelmed by those in the world who are said to have great miraculous powers. Great power means the power of samadhi.

completely able to subdue all afflictions and suffering, just as even if the head is cut off, it can grow again. This is attained after the conduct of a madman has reached its culmination, and it is the merit of those who abide in the conduct of Samantabhadra. The benefits of the occasion of Samantabhadra's conduct are divine eye and so forth. The five kinds of clairvoyance are: clairvoyance of the divine eye, clairaudience, clairvoyance of others' minds, clairvoyance of remembering previous lives, and clairvoyance of miraculous powers. Thus, since it is mentioned here that one possesses clairvoyance of the divine eye and miraculous powers, the three in between are also implicitly indicated. The practice for this conduct is: each day, one is completely satisfied with the moon, that is, the nectar of ambrosia. Here, the term "drinking the moon" refers to the feast of the gathering of the moon, that is, the feast of the assembly wheel. As it is said in the glorious Cakrasamvara: "Offering to siblings and the afflicted, in the well-situated gathering of the moon." And in the conduct of yoginis: "Heruka, glorious and supreme, all the holy beings gathered, accomplished by the drink of peace, is the supreme state of permanence." That is to say, in the house of the assembly, the male and female yogis abide in the form of deities as they desire, and the food is blessed as nectar, which is the meaning of the moon. Eating these in one vessel is the gathering, that is, the external gathering of the moon. From the union of skillful means and wisdom, the bodhicitta of the seventy-two thousand channels melts and fully ripens into a jewel, and then again, from the central channel, it is dissolved into the crown of the head, which is the internal gathering of the moon. By the culmination of Samantabhadra's conduct, one obtains such benefits as: the life of that practitioner is increased, and one is able to abide for as long as one desires, such as great kalpas, that is, one obtains mastery over life; one obtains a body that is never tiring to behold, that is, one accomplishes a corresponding form body with marks and signs; in a single instant, one causes a hundred realms to tremble, and so forth, one manifests various kinds of miracles, and as soon as one thinks of it, that is, merely as one desires, one's own form is completely perfected and manifested in various forms, and this is the possess
