Its meaning is that the yogi, through this ultimate wisdom or mantra that realizes all phenomena as illusory, accomplishes activities and siddhis. According to its literal meaning, this is a continuation of the above benefits, but in reality, by knowing that phenomena are without reality, activities and siddhis are accomplished without obstruction. If one clings to things as real, even the accomplishment of activities is extremely difficult, and siddhis are almost impossible to achieve. Among them, "eye illusion" refers to the siddhi of eye illusion. If it is listed as one of the eight great siddhis, then the two, without old age and without disease, can be combined into the siddhi of eliminating diseases. If it is not listed separately, then the three can be separated. But as other tantras say, "without death and eliminating diseases," then the former is more appropriate. The second part is divided into two types of methods for accomplishing activities and siddhis. Regarding summoning, in the case of summoning, the differences such as summoning food offerings will be explained in the second chapter, and here only the general act of summoning is shown. Next, the magic wheel will be explained: Draw eight by eight intersecting lines to form forty-nine squares. Starting from the upper right corner, in a serpentine manner from the outside to the inside, fill in the letters of the four-faced deity's mantra one by one into the squares. The four "PHAṬ" (藏文,梵文天城体, phaṭ, Destroyer) are filled in separately as "PHA" (藏文,梵文天城体, pha, Destroyer) and "ḌA" (藏文,梵文天城体, ḍa, Destroyer). In the single empty square in the center, write the name of the one to be accomplished. This is known as the great conduct of the lineage holder, which has been clearly explained in the auspicious union bindu. For this wheel, in terms of subjugation, summoning, killing, expelling, bewildering, stiffening, separating, and stupefying, the head of the letter faces inward, although it is not explicitly stated here, but in pacifying and increasing, the head faces outward. Next, the second different wheel will be explained: Draw a square wheel, and divide it into nine squares in the center with four lines. Then divide the center and the four directions into nine squares each. In these squares, write "U Ū, PA PHA BA BHA MA, VA ṨA" in the east. Write "O AU" on the left and right sides of the central letter. Write "LI LĪ, TA THA DA DHA NA, LA SA" in the south. Write "Ṛ Ṝ, ṬA ṬHA ḌA ḌHA ṆA, RA ṢA" in the west. Write "I Ī" in the north.

། Tsa Tsha Dza Jnya Nya. Ya Sha. To the left and right of the central letter are E Ai. In the center are A Ā. Ka Kha Ga Gha Nga. Ha Hka. To the left and right of the central letter are Aṃ Aḥ. These, in pacifying and increasing, the head appears in the center, and it is written clockwise from the east. For subjugation and power, the head starts from the south and the end comes to the center. In the four large corners, write the names that correspond to the activity, along with the imperative words. These are also: Pacifying is in the moon mandala. Increasing is in the yellow moon. Power and attraction are in the fire mandala. Subjugation is said to be done in the wind. Pacifying is on clean cloth. Increasing is written on silk. Power is on the barley ear. Subjugation is on leather or a corpse cloth. Pacifying is mixed sandalwood. Increasing is mixed jewels. Power is natural red sandalwood. Subjugation is written with poison, blood, and human blood. Saffron and sandalwood's Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,haṃ,seed syllable), musk mixed in equal parts, is for all virtuous activities such as protection. The distinction is horse and buffalo blood. Obscuration is with sheep's blood. A frog is with a stiff toad. Mouth and owl are also said to be distinctions. These are the distinctions of ink. A clean wooden bowl is for pacifying. A jewel vessel is for increasing. An earthenware or good skull is for power. A bad skull is auspicious for subjugation activities. For pacifying, it is wrapped with clean silk thread. Yellow silk thread is for increasing. For power, it is with a woman's hair. For subjugation, it is twisted outwards with corpse hair. For pacifying, increasing, power, and subjugation, the substances are white, yellow, red, and black. The directions are east, north, west, and south. Dusk, morning, evening, and midnight are said to be the times. A tamed mind, joy, and an attached mind, a fleeing mind, are said to be distinctions of thought. However, stiffness is yellow. Obscuration and ignorance are white. In this tantra, there is no distinction of deities. Everything is accomplished by everything. The establishment of the mandala is the same as general. The method of accomplishment is also the same. The distinction in writing the imperative words is: "Svāhā (藏文,梵文天城体,svāhā,accomplishment), the harm of so-and-so, Śāntiṃ Kuru Svāhā (藏文,梵文天城体,śāntiṃ kuru svāhā,make peace, accomplishment)" is like pacifying. "Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,hūṃ,seed syllable), Rakṣa Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,rakṣa hūṃ,protect, seed syllable) to so-and-so" is like protection. "Namaḥ (藏文,梵文天城体,namaḥ,homage), Puṣṭaṃ Kuru Namaḥ (藏文,梵文天城体,puṣṭaṃ kuru namaḥ,increase, do, homage) to so-and-so" is like increasing. "Yavaṣṭa (藏文,梵文天城体,yavaṣṭa,destroy), Vaśaṃ ānaya Yavaṣṭa (藏文,梵文天城体,vaśaṃ ānaya yavaṣṭa,control, bring, destroy) to so-and-so" is like power. "Hrī Ja (藏文,梵文天城体,hrī ja,seed syllable, born), Ākarṣaya Hrī Ja (藏文,梵文天城体,ākarṣaya hrī ja,attract, seed syllable, born) to so-and-so" is like attraction.
