That itself, should also be done on that itself. In this way, recognizing the wisdom of equality and suchness, and being able to cultivate it, is the power of yoga. Accomplishing all disciples in this way is the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge. The so-called "knowledge" means that when the bliss of wisdom and knowledge is well born in the continuum, one can also know and represent the great bliss of self-nature. The so-called "in the same way" is the fourth meaning empowerment. Thus, the fourth is also like that. Like the joy born together with wisdom and knowledge, the fourth is also the joy born together. That is its meaning. The meaning of "performing eye magic" is that the former lamas considered it to be the accomplishment of eye magic among the common accomplishments. However, other instructions connect it to the meaning of the previous words, saying that it is the meaning of the mandala of non-duality of appearance and emptiness. Therefore, the union of bliss and emptiness born together, and the wisdom of uniting the illusory appearance of the deity's body with emptiness, is considered to be the fourth empowerment, which is very excellent. In the commentary of the Black Practitioner, it is mostly the same as the previous lamas, but during the empowerment, it is only applied to the secret empowerment. Although the performance of eye magic is also applied to the common accomplishment, it is said to be the meaning of accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings through various manifestations. Secondly, the remaining discussion of the common qualities of the fruit continuum. The so-called Buddha, if derived from the Sanskrit word "Buddha" (梵文天城体:बुद्ध,梵文罗马拟音:buddha,汉语字面意思:觉者), means having intelligence. It means that in the world, all intelligent gods and humans subdue and rob the power of those with great power and miracles with the power of miracles and intelligence. And one can enjoy the daughters born from the superior race of gods, namely the goddess Shri Devi, and the invincible woman, and Tukmi, etc. And one will become the master or chief of many yogis. And one can know the minds of others and other knowledge, and thus perform the accomplishment of eye magic, etc. That is its meaning. Here, the mantra is: the heart mantra is, Om Vara Vara Pravara Pravara Hum. (藏文:ཨོཾ་བ་ར་བ་ར་པྲ་ཝ་ར་པྲ་ཝ་ར་ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:ॐ वर वर प्रवर प्रवर हुं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vara vara pravara pravara hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,vara vara,札瓦ra 札瓦ra,吽。) Reciting it in this way, with a mixture of pomegranate and sour taste, can generate wisdom, Om Dza.

Reciting what is called Laya Va Hum (Tibetan: ལ་ཡ་ཝ་ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: Not found, Sanskrit Romanized: laya va hūṃ, Literal meaning: Laya Va Hum) and meditating on the wheel in the heart, one will know, and clairvoyance will arise. Third, there are two parts: the meaning of the words and its key instructions. First, from "ignorance and stiffness" to "with this, there will be no sickness, until there is nothing, and it also includes transforming the eyes." That is, to make the person to be tamed able to be controlled, and the mind transforms, causing the feet of those who come on foot to bend, and causing the hail that comes helplessly from the path of the sky to bend, and summoning alcohol, etc., that is, the actions of summoning, and the ignorance that makes the mind foolish, and from binding the sight of the eyes to the stiffness of the body, and binding the six senses until the mind loses consciousness is stiffness, and killing the extremely difficult to tame, and expelling from the dwelling, and the word "etc." indicates plagues and stabbing with pegs, etc. Thus, at this time, there are actually six actions, and going in the sky, that is, the accomplishment of sky-walking, and entering the city of another, that is, the transference of entering the body, and the word "etc." in "etc. actions" also indicates the transference mentioned above. Making the body invisible, and whatever accomplishment and other actions can also be accomplished. After connecting in this way, mutual quarreling, that is, separation, and drowsiness is foolish and oppressed by sleep. Here, two actions are mentioned. From the continuation of the accomplishments mentioned earlier, similarly, going underground, that is, the accomplishment of going underground, and becoming a vidyadhara chakravartin, that is, the accomplishment of becoming the lord of vidyadharas, such as the sword-wielding vidyadhara, or transforming the body and becoming a vidyadhara of the desire realm and the form realm, if one obtains the vidyadhara of the body, then many ordinary vidyadharas will follow as retinue. "Without death," etc., that is, longevity dwelling for kalpas, etc., becoming the accomplishment of longevity, and the accomplishment of no aging, and no sickness, that is, the accomplishment of not being sick. Three are spoken in a classified manner, of which the latter three are the meaning of extracting essence. The wisdom of yogic illusion is, with this.
