Take the vows of the five families. Then, the disciple is purified with the vase water of all things. Offer a garland of flowers with "Ah Kham Vira Hum". Make the disciple say: A vajra residing on the moon in the heart of the disciple, "Om Sarva Yoga Citta Utpada Yami". Touching the vajra to the heart, "Surate Samaya Stam. Bodhi Citta Vajra Yatha Sukham", generate the mind in all yogas. Place it inside the curtain with "Ah Kham Vira Hum". Then, proclaim the vows: Today you have entered the family of glorious Heruka and the Dakinis. I will generate the wisdom of glorious Heruka in you. With that wisdom, you will obtain the accomplishments of all the Tathagatas and glorious Heruka and the Dakinis. What need is there to mention other accomplishments? You should not speak in front of those who have not seen the mandala, otherwise you will break the vows. Place the vajra on the crown of the head: This thing, no matter to whom, if you dare to speak it out, the vajra of your vows will surely split your own head. Hold the vajra to the heart: Glorious Heruka, today, has truly entered your heart. If you dare to reveal this secret, you will die instantly. Pour the nectar: Om Vajra Udaka Hum Om Ah Hum. This is your hell water. If you break the vows, it will burn. If you keep the vows, the accomplishment will be achieved by this vajra nectar water. Om Sarva Pancha Amrito Udaka Hum. Touch the vajra to the top of the head: From now on, you should know that glorious Heruka is me. You should do what I command. If you despise me, without abandoning discomfort, at the time of death, you will surely fall into hell. The disciple prays for the purpose of descending wisdom: Please bless me, all the Tathagatas, and may the supreme vajra wisdom descend upon me right now. Repeat three times. Finally, the father and mother dissolve into red light. Meditate that all the diseases of the body are filled with red light. Recite this while playing musical instruments as before, and place a vajra cross on the disciple's head. By reciting "Tiṣṭha Vajra (藏文：ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ།，梵文天城体：तिष्ठ वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：tiṣṭha vajra，汉语字面意思：Stay Vajra)", it is stabilized. Diminish the color of the sky. May the order of the divine lineages, and the order of merit, be the same. What kind of accomplishment will this become? Which lineage will become the vessel? What merit does this have? In this mandala, may it be the same. Thus, the teacher speaks the truth. In the mandala of the Sugata's essence, by offering this flower of awareness, may the deity who was previously propitiated with wisdom descend upon that one. Oṃ Pratīccha Vajra Ho (藏文：ཨོཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་བཛྲ་ཧོ།，梵文天城体：ॐ प्रतीच्छ वज्र हो，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ pratīccha vajra ho，汉语字面意思：Oṃ Receive Vajra Ho). Guide them to recite this and offer flowers. Powerful sentient being, may you accept this with great reverence. Thus, tie the flower on the disciple's head. At this time, this flower offering is the practice of previous masters like Mar Ngok. It is not the meaning of the text. On the disciple's two eyes, write the syllable Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ). Heruka, glorious one, now you, strive to open the eyes. Having opened them, seeing everything, the vajra eye is supreme. Oṃ Vajra Naitra Apahara Paṭala Hrīḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ནཻ་ཏྲ་ཨ་པ་ཧ་ར་པ་ཊ་ལམ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र नैत्र अप हर पटल ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra naitra apa hara paṭala hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ Vajra Eye Remove Cover Hrīḥ). Thus, remove the face covering. Then, encourage them to look: Look at this excellent mandala. Now generate great faith. You are born into the lineage of a yogini.
