As before, grasp the rays of the sun and moon, and behold the Thirty-three Heavens and so forth. Go to Tushita Heaven and listen to Maitreya Buddha teach the Dharma. Behold the face of the Yidam deity. Meet with the Guru and Dakinis, and request empowerment. Fly in the sky. Submerge into the earth. Visualize flames blazing from above and floods erupting from below, and perform various miracles. Generate the aspiration to do so. Meditate on it again and again. This is the third round of visualization. For all three of these, first focus the mind on the space between the eyebrows at the throat. Cultivate the notion that this appearance is unreal and like a dream, and then with their respective visualizations. You must continuously meditate on the thought, "Tonight in the dream, I will do it this way too." By meditating like this during the day, it will naturally occur at night. The fifth is, again during the day as before. Focus the mind on any of the five letters at the throat and the bindu at the forehead. Strongly cultivate the notion that it is unreal and like a dream. In that state, rest slightly in the visualization. Immediately thereafter, visualize all the outer and inner worlds of oneself and others as the mandala of Hevajra or Nairatmya, clearly and vividly, and briefly cultivate the notion of unreality and dream. By meditating like this repeatedly during the day, it will also appear in dreams at night. First, the deity's form arises. By recognizing that it is unreal, bliss is spontaneously attained. A state arises where the deity's form, clear, empty, and blissful, does not waver. This brings the practice of dream yoga to completion. For this blending and transference of Hevajra, the root of the instructions on the illusory body is said to be dreams. For a beginner, the experience of illusion during waking hours is difficult to generate suddenly and forcefully. If it is necessary to strike the key point during waking hours first, then Tummo alone is more important than illusion. However, from the instructions on dream yoga, even a beginner can immediately generate experience. If that arises, then there is no difficulty in generating the experience of illusion during waking hours, so if you go to the secret path of dream yoga, there is no difficulty with the illusory body during waking hours. Therefore, the root of illusion during waking hours and the bardo lies in dream illusion. Even during the explanation of the tantras of this tradition, Tummo is at the navel, clear light is at the heart, the illusory body is at the throat, and the action seal is at the crown of the head. When combining the four paths on the four chakras, the illu

The reason for saying that the key point of the illusory body's instruction is pressed on the throat is this. Other schools also have other ways of explaining it, but I won't mention them here. Secondly, to stabilize and increase the experience that has arisen, there are two types: appearance as illusion and bardo as illusion. First, there are two types: actual practice and enhancement. The first is the meditation during waking hours. For someone with sharp faculties, once they have grasped and become proficient in dream yoga, a meditation during waking hours will naturally arise. For someone with medium faculties, it may be possible to arise simply by expanding the current appearance through the experience of dreams. Here, it is best if someone with inferior faculties can become proficient in pure dream yoga. Even if not, if one can grasp the dream and cultivate the experience of illusion within it, then one can also practice like this during the day: the preliminaries are the same as before. As before, focus the mind slightly on the syllable OM (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) at the throat, and contemplate that this container and its contents, oneself and others, appear but have no inherent existence, like a dream. In this way, combine the experience of the dream with mindfulness and rest slightly. Then, meditate repeatedly, for one session. Then, on top of that, contemplate that all appearances disappear like a rainbow dissolving into the sky, and rest without thinking of anything, meditate repeatedly, for the second session. Then, as before, first generate the intention of non-reality and non-conceptuality, and then from within emptiness, contemplate oneself transforming into the form of Self-Pleased Vajra or Selfless Mother. Contemplate that all containers and contents transform into deities and palaces. For the third session. Once the deity appears, if illusion also appears naturally, that is sufficient. Otherwise, also train in the intention of illusion on the wheel of the mandala. For the fourth session. During all the session breaks, also train in the deity's form and the intention of illusion. For the fifth session, these are the five sessions divided from one great session. The second is: Then, place a mirror in front of oneself, and when one's reflection appears, contemplate that many people are praising and making offerings to it. The reflection has no joy. Contemplate that someone is scolding, beating, and fighting it. The reflection has no hatred. Think that everything is like this. For one session, place it between oneself and the mirror and meditate. For the second session. Meditate on oneself in the same way, for the third session. Similarly, for a painted image of the yidam, the reflection in the mirror, whether tilted or inverted,
