Meditate by focusing on the meaning of understanding that all aspects of phenomena are like illusions, unreal, and that the true nature or emptiness is luminosity. As before, prepare with preliminaries, etc. Maintain a comfortable posture and gaze. Expel stale air, and let the breath be natural. Relax the mind and body, and in that relaxed state, hold awareness in the natural state of mind. Clearly and distinctly rest in that self-nature. This is the root, the first session. If experience arises, recognize it as unborn, unceasing, and free from extremes, the second session. Then, let the present appearances rest freely on the six senses. This is the third session. Again, on this appearance, look nakedly at the self-face of the awareness that produces the appearance and the appearance itself, inseparable. This is the fourth session. Then, recognize that the true nature of all these appearances and sounds is the luminosity of the mind's own nature. For example, the clouds first arise from the sky, in the middle they do not go beyond the nature of the sky, and in the end they dissolve into the sky. Using this as an example, these appearances and sounds first arise as mere appearances on the mind of awareness, in the middle they are not established as other than the nature of the mind, they are appearances of the mind, and in the end they dissolve into the mind. The place of arising, dwelling, and dissolving are only different in terms of appearance, but there is no difference in essence. This is the fifth session. Then, integrate that experience into all activities such as walking, moving, sitting, eating, talking, etc. Also integrate it into other virtuous activities. And from time to time, remember the aspiration that appearances are unreal and that their nature is luminosity. This is the sixth session. Here, the practitioners of the Great Seal of true nature do not consider contrived meditation such as wishful thinking as true meditation. As it says in Ngokpa's "Four Meanings of Luminosity": "Whatever you do is luminosity, and you should repeatedly meditate with the intention that it is luminosity." Because it is explicitly stated, the Dharma language is different. Jigten Sumgön also refuted the view of Ngok Josay of transforming tummo into luminosity in a Dharma gathering. Drikungpa also said, "Not touched by the three great ones," it seems that the new tantric practitioners offer the view of their own Great Seal with that of the Great Seal. Therefore,
