Oṃ Khaṃ Chge Mo Utsiṭāya Khaṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ. Thus, expel. Similarly, from U arises the black Vajra Dakini, holding a sword and iron chain, contemplate the Jriṃ syllable (藏文:ཛྲིཾ,梵文天城體:ज्रिं,梵文羅馬擬音:jriṃ,漢語字面意思:Jriṃ) in the heart. Oṃ Jriṃ Svāhā. Enter from the practitioner's right nostril, seize the essence from the heart, and exit from the left nostril, entering one's own heart.

Dissolve. Think of hooking with the wind of breath, and reciting "Om Hum Chagei Mo Akarsha Ya Hum Hrih Jah (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཆྒཻ་མོ་ཨཱ་ཀརྵ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧྲི་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ hūṃ chagai mo ākarṣa ya hūṃ hrī jaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Hum Chagei Mo Hook Hūṃ Hrih Jah)" is the hooking. Also, from ཨཽ, the black earth mother becomes extremely wrathful, with Ghu at the heart. Om Ghu Svaha. After reciting, draw the wheel as in the case of inflicting plague on a corpse cloth or human skin, writing Ghu instead of Bum. Mix that with the soil of the footprint of the one to be subdued and the ashes of a burnt corpse, make an image and place it in the heart. Pierce it with poison, blood, and sharp thorns. Wrap it with corpse hair and place it in a pit. Act as in ordinary subjugation activities, reciting "Om Ghu Chagei Mo Maraya Ghu Hum Hum Hum Phet (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་གྷུ་ཆྒཻ་མོ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་གྷུ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ ghu chagai mo mārāya ghu hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ghu Chagei Mo Kill Ghu Hum Hum Hum Phet)" and repeatedly strike with fierce substances. When the sign of being hooked and unable to escape is clearly seen, kill by reciting fiercely with the application of a vajra fire needle. If it is not accomplished, put it inside a skull conjunction and bury it in a charnel ground to accomplish it. This wheel can also be used for raining, inflicting plague, and subduing extremely intoxicated people. Similarly, when practicing Kurukulle, also with the four immeasurables, emptiness, and the protective wheel as preliminaries, combine the ritual described in the case of the three Herukas above, and recite "Om Kurukulle Hrih Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཀུལླེ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ kuru kulle hrīḥ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Kurukulle Hrih Svaha)". After reciting, write Hrih Chagei Mo Akarsha Ya Hrih Jah in the center of the wheel, Kurukulle Hrih Svaha on the eight petals, and surround it with Hrih Jah. If you practice as described in the case of subjugation and hooking, these will be accomplished without hindrance, and this wheel can also accomplish all activities. The wheel for creating a city: Write the mantra syllable with the name and connecting word in the center of the wheel, the eight letters of the eight petals, each surrounded by a connecting word, and around the center write a string of yogini mantras, the first circle with the root mantra, the second with Ali, the third with Kali, and the fourth with the exhortation mantra. Make many of these, stack them up and put them inside a skull conjunction, and practice in the manner of expelling or separating, then the city will be expelled or there will be fighting in the city. Furthermore, it is said that this wheel accomplishes all activities, therefore
