Also, from the Primordial Buddha it is said: If you see an image, from then on, continuously practice life-force exertion. In the upper and lower three channels, through stopping body, speech, and mind, water, non-emptiness, earth, wind, and wisdom realms arise. Whatever it may be, moon, sun, darkness, as well as feces, urine, semen, menstrual blood, etc., from the order of life and downward elimination, are the channels of body, speech, and mind. Thus it is said. These upper and lower six families, from the yoga of body, speech, and mind, wisdom, skillful means, reality, and limbs, are truly present in all sentient beings. As it is said, the nature of the six elements, that is, the nature of the six divisions of the Vajra Three by skillful means and wisdom, the winds of the six channels gathering into one, is life-force exertion. Such a stream, again at the navel, etc., at the four or six real channel-wheels of the central channel, etc., dissolves into indestructible bindus, and by binding in an immovable state, when all winds become winds of bliss, then it is the order of holding, that is, following after the appearance of clear objects, reality is accomplished. Abiding in its own place, the co-emergent wind, is completely liberated from the net of thoughts. Joy arises within oneself, inexpressible. This is the nature of emptiness. Thus it is said. When the winds dissolve into the bindu and become the co-emergent wind, then there is the emptiness of the cessation of thoughts, and the great bliss stream is continuous. The mind's thoughts, afflictions, or attachments, etc., do not go anywhere. In short, in equipoise there are no thoughts, and the awareness of bliss and emptiness is continuous, and in subsequent attainment, there are only images of afflictive thoughts, and no powerful movement arises, and it is not separated from the moisture of bliss and emptiness. Its cause, the householder mother, the house channel of the wisdom tummo, the Avadhuti, the immovable bliss, the co-emergent wind, constantly abides. The yogi who has accomplished the order of holding is like that. Nāgpopa, I say, is a valid measure of my own experience. Secondly, there are two aspects: the fault of change, and the fact that if immutability is not attained, the true nature cannot be realized. The first is: From the deep valley of the supreme mountain, all practitioners will be cut off. Dirt

When there is no water, it dries up, and the fire of time will come. This means that if one attains steadfastness, one will obtain immutable bliss, but for those samsaric beings who have not attained this realization, their bliss is contaminated. Furthermore, when the heat of the red essence increases in the channels due to the desire of union, the supreme protector's mountain cave is deep, and from the center of the crown chakra, the melting bodhichitta drips, having such a state. Moreover, all beings, that is, the essences of the five elements, will also be cut off and diminished. Furthermore, from the crown to the jewel, it is completely filled and increased, but when it starts to drip from the jewel, the powers of the elements gradually and completely cease. The stainless stream of water, the bodhichitta, will dry up in all the positions of the inner wheel, and the fire of time Rahu will fiercely enter. For example, from the first to the fifteenth, the waxing of the moon is complete, and at the sixteenth, the Rahu fire of time fiercely enters, obscuring all parts of the moon. Similarly, from the crown to the jewel, the fifteen joys continuously increase, but on the sixteenth, simultaneously with the decline from the jewel, the fire of time blazes, and all the positions of bodhichitta from the jewel to the crown are covered by its light, and finally the radiance of the fire of time also vanishes upwards. The so-called fire of time is generally the name of the extremely clear red essence that devours the essences of the five elements, but here it refers to the union of Rahu and the fire of time. Generally speaking, Rahu is also a clear white essence that devours the red essence of the five elements, but because it appears black, it is called darkness. If these two are used as the path, one can attain the vajra body, but if they are not used as the path, they will give all sufferings such as old age, sickness, and death. Here also, at the end of the decline of the bindu, fire and darkness give suffering. The five elements here can be roughly explained as the hardness of touch, etc., or according to the five elements of the Kalachakra, in the fifteen parts, the five elements appear three times, combined with the fifteen lunar days, the fifteen vowels, etc.
