Showing the essence of everything, and showing that co-emergent cannot be found other than through oral instructions, among these three, the first is: six branches, three unwavering ones, four yogas, two special things to do, and fourteen of that very nature. First, the six branches: Ema, which means that from these oral instructions, wonder arises at the wisdom of the Dharma nature in which the co-emergent nature manifests. The so-called six refers to the six branches of yoga, and saying six again means that each of the six aggregates, six realms, and six sense bases will be purified by each branch. Among them, the first of the six branches is, individually gathering: it is the supreme method of gathering wind and mind at the upper end of the central channel, that is, meditating without moving in the sky. By this, when various signs become stable, meditation is empty form, and in order to accomplish the particularity, mixing the mind and all other appearances with empty form, therefore the mind abides on the coarse appearance of signs, this is thinking; and clearly determining appearance and mind, this is acting; and the joy caused by realizing appearance and mind as one; and the bliss of body and mind being extremely tamed caused by it; and the wisdom with the aspect of non-proliferation of knowing object and mind as one, these five branches will arise in sequence, this is the branch of meditation. After that, in order to draw out the bliss of the image, the wind must be purified, so first one must practice life force exertion, in order to stop the movement of the left and right, and to make the life breath and downward moving air into one lump, through the practice of vase breathing and so on, the movement of the left and right winds stops in the central channel, and again through the practice of vase breathing, practice until the life breath and downward moving air become one. That very life breath and downward moving air that have become one, contemplate dissolving into the bindus of the five chakras, especially into the bindu of the navel chakra, thereby, in the special empty form dhūtī, drawing out the special melting bliss in the form of a goddess, this is called the recollection caused by holding, that is, the holding is complete. After that, in order to widely draw out the bliss of the image, relying on karma and wisdom mudras, mainly repeatedly practice the melting bliss that is stable below, and unite the melting bliss and empty form.

Recollection leads to (absorption). Then, with the empty form mudra, the white bodhicitta is bound from the jewel upwards in sequence to each position within the central channel, without moving, and the red one is similarly bound in sequence from the crown of the head, thereby stopping the twelve transformations and the sixteen movements of the elements, transforming the impure body and accomplishing the vajra body, which is samadhi. This makes the path of seeing manifest, and practicing asceticism is to be united with the fruit. Secondly, the body is not moved by ordinary thoughts, and the bindu of the body is bound without moving, which is the body vajra yoga. By analogy, speech and mind are also combined with speech vajra and mind vajra, which is the immovable yoga. In short, it is the three vajra yogas. Thirdly, first is the chandali yoga, the practice of causing the winds to dissolve into the central channel and causing the tummo to blaze. Secondly, the wind yoga is the practice of the winds in which the elements gradually dissolve. Because of the clear light, the practice of the order of the elements arising in reverse order. Thirdly, the yoga of the four joys is the practice of the joys arising in both forward and reverse order from the blazing of tummo. The sixty-four methods of practice, such as the eight haha heys and dakinis, the eight moments of joy that transform the body, and the dakinis, are also combined with the single mudra. Fourth, the single mudra yoga is the aforementioned formless mahamudra. These four yogas arise in all complete visualizations of the completion stage. Fourth, for the sake of liberation from one's own objects of abandonment, and that sole reality, the two completion stages are practiced for the sake of the bliss and emptiness of cause and effect. First, to practice for the sake of slight liberation in the state of ordinary beings, and the two things to abandon the seeds by the noble path. Secondly, in the state of ordinary beings, for the sake of the bliss of the cause, and in the noble path, after abandoning the objects of abandonment within one's own share, until the actual path of union with the higher ground is not manifested, to practice for the sake of increasing the previous wisdom.
