Turning away is: turning away from attachment to objects, that is, turning away from the way of guiding the dissolving bliss caused by the pleasure of the five senses, as mentioned before. If you turn away from these, you will not be able to manifest innate wisdom, so you should completely abandon them. The bliss of desire that is non-dual with emptiness will produce all the faults of suffering, such as the birth of samsara, as mentioned before. Or, turning away from attachment to objects means abandoning them by seeing objects as faults. The nineteenth is: surpassing the first three joys and three appearances, all the characteristics of conceptual thought disappear, so there is no mental activity, surpassing the five consciousnesses, mind, mental factors, formations, perception, ignorance, afflicted mind and its retinue, the great bliss of self-nature manifests in the fourth moment, and should be recognized as such. The general meaning of the twentieth is: the state of the body, the state of the mind, and the common state of body and mind. The first is: the face, hands, etc., and the coarse body is composed of hair, nails, and other tiny particles. The abiding channels, the moving winds, and the arranged red and white bodhicitta are subtle. The wind that rides the three appearances, the five rays of light, especially the innate wind or the indestructible wind, and the mount of clear light are the extremely subtle body. The second is: the five sense consciousnesses are the coarse mind, and the mind and mental factors are subtle, the four appearances and the four joys, especially the clear light alaya, are extremely subtle. The third is generally: ten objects, ten aggregates and realms, and five wisdoms, totaling twenty-five coarse ones, three subtle appearances, and eighty natures, and the extremely subtle clear light mount. In detail, the twenty-five elements such as earth and water, in the five groups of five roots and five objects, the latter is more and more subtle, and the three appearances are also more and more subtle, and the mount is the subtle mind that depends on the dharma of the body, and the aggregates, realms, and sources of consciousness are also more and more subtle. When the coarse is manifest, the subtle will not appear clearly, and when the coarse is not dissolved, the subtle will not manifest. Taking the subtle as the proximate cause, the coarse can be created. It is said that the four elements such as earth, and the four emptinesses, are the cause of arising and ceasing, and these eight things should be known. The extremely subtle clear light and wind mount

Itself It is the cause of the appearance of all phenomena. The meaning of the branches is twofold: the way of dissolving the inner subtle and the way of dissolving the outer coarse. The first is water, that is, the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) from the crown of the head falls from the root and goes to the heart; similarly, fire, that is, the red part of the navel chakra; earth, that is, the downward-moving wind; and wind, that is, the life-sustaining winds, gradually dissolve into each other and then reverse. These subtle elements are transformed in this way: when space dissolves into consciousness, first the water element of the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the crown of the head completely melts and goes to the heart, the wisdom of appearance appears; the pure red essence obtained from the mother from the navel chakra completely goes to the heart and meets the white part, the fire element shows heat and when it reverses, the expansion of appearance appears. In this way, when the two elements dissolve, first the downward-moving wind that depends on the dust element also goes to the heart and disappears completely, and the previous upper and lower two winds have a lumpy form. When a small part of the thin earth element also dissolves there, it begins to create the first part of obtaining appearance. Then, in that place in the heart, the subtle life wind also dissolves, all the movements of the mind stop, and everything becomes emptiness and clear light. The second is that earth dissolves into water, water into fire, fire into wind, and wind into space, and then the subtle wind of space will one day dissolve into mind, that is, the four appearances. That is, when earth dissolves, the form aggregate, as well as the eye, form, and mirror-like wisdom, also dissolve, and the following elements should be understood in the same way. In this way, the dissolution of space into consciousness means that the three consciousnesses are combined into one, and the dissolution into clear light is the dissolution into all emptiness. That clear light is the bliss born together, therefore, the great Brahmin said: When wind, fire, and Maheshvara stop, at the time when nectar flows, the mind enters the wind. When the four unions are in one place, the supreme great bliss cannot be contained in the realm of space. Talk about it in house and house, and fully understand the abode of great bliss. As it is said, at the time of death, and at the time of melting bliss, the great innate bliss, or the great clear light of example.
