Do not speak harshly, etc., only do what is pleasing to the ear, that is the samaya of speech vajra. This is what is said in the Sampūṭa Tantra. The previous "phra ma" is a translation error, it should be "ngag kyal," which means various kinds of talks. Coarse language refers to afflicted language. According to the latter explanation, it means not speaking coarse language to others. The above quotation is also quoted in "Drop of Liberation." In the texts of Chakrasamvara, it is also said: "For all heroes and yoginis, you should not despise." Here, heroes and yoginis refer to men and women. Therefore, all sentient beings have the nature of body, speech, and mind vajra, so not despising the body of any male or female belonging to the six realms of samsara is the samaya of body vajra; not creating suffering, etc., by refuting one's own and others' minds with remorse and other conceptual thoughts, is the samaya of mind vajra; abandoning harsh words, and making others' minds not change with pleasant words, making the listener feel happy, is the samaya of speech vajra. All of these, especially the practitioners of this samaya tantra, for any woman, should circumambulate to the left, prostrate three times, and pray to be accepted. As it is said in "Samaya Offering": "Seeing all women, circumambulate three times from the left, after prostrating with the crown of the head, pray three times. My child, you are not a mother, until enlightenment arises, nourish with the milk born from the breasts, the limb of enlightenment." It is said like this. Merely this act of circumambulation to the left is also for obtaining the special gathering of yoginis, so it seems that all mother tantras need to do this. In the Vajraśekhara, when proclaiming the samaya, it is said: "Gods and non-gods, secret ones, you should not despise." And other sutras say: "The remnants offered to the gods, and even their shadows should not be stepped on." etc., this is in terms of external yoga. Secret ones refer to yakshas. Regarding mudras, etc., the common one is the mudra, that is, the body image of the deity, and the image of the deity's mount, such as lions and elephants, and the image of the deity's symbolic objects, such as weapons, hand-held objects, vajras, and chakras.

Do not step on dust, etc. For this great yogi, what is uncommon is the master's hand seal and the mount, such as a horse, and what is held in the hand, the cushion and clothes, and the Buddha statue, etc., do not step on the shadow of the body. Second, the vows of the three families are the nature of mind, etc. The vajra heart vow is: one's own mind is the seed of the five wisdoms or has power, and the mind abides in the nature of the five wisdoms, which is the ultimate vajra. Knowing this and guarding and recognizing the view is: holding the vow of that vajra, that is, holding the suchness of the vajra. Sentient beings without beginning or end are Vajrasattva great bliss, Samantabhadra is the lord of all. This is remembering the meaning of the wisdom vajra of the Buddha, the mind without beginning or end, the self-luminous nature is the heart of Vajrasattva, which is the nature of bliss. At all times and places, the self-nature is not stained by defilements, so it is Samantabhadra. All dharmas are the appearance of this, so it is the lord of all. The bell is the vow of speech, all sounds are just sound and emptiness, what it represents is: the self-nature of all dharmas is emptiness, beyond the realm of words, away from speech, all dharmas have no separate emptiness, just like the sky has nothing to enjoy except for obstruction, similarly, all dharmas are not established by self-nature like the sky. Then one might think, does emptiness itself exist? Because it has the nature of not being anything, how can emptiness exist? As it is said: everything is the nature of the sky, and the sky also has no nature. This is said to be the true meaning of the bell. It is temporary. Or the power of self-awareness like the sky is all dharmas, and the mind also appears empty like the sky. This is the ultimate true meaning. Equal to the sky means like the sky. The body is the same as illusion, the deity's body appears empty, and the union of the heart full of bliss is the hand seal. Practicing that is the vow of the hand seal. In order to show the body as the mind, it is said that the vow of the hand seal is very supreme. Abiding in the yoga of the body that appears as the nature of the mind and emptiness without difference, enjoying all desires is a vow that should not be violated by the vidyadharas.
