O, those are placed in the aspect of samadhi that makes the mind one-pointed. In terms of mantra, the objects of meditation of these eight are the same as previously explained, although there are differences, the way of practice is not different, so these eight are mostly accepted as being the same in both Sutra and Tantra. Fourthly, among the five faculties, the faculty of faith is the faith of trusting in perfect enlightenment, and the diligence of striving in the practice of taking its cause as experience, the mindfulness of not forgetting the meaning and object of the attained Dharma, the samadhi of the mind abiding one-pointedly in a peaceful, non-distracted state, and the higher seeing that examines and meditates on the nature of reality is wisdom. The meaning of being called faculties is that they have power over their respective objects. The meaning is that after obtaining the feet of miraculous power, when that person meditates on these five, the object becomes very pure and familiar, and whatever clear appearance one desires can be obtained at will for that object. That is, because faith has arisen, one engages in diligence towards the object, through diligence, mindfulness abides, and from mindfulness, samadhi makes the mind abide one-pointedly. Because wisdom knows and distinguishes the Dharma in a one-pointed way, it is established in that order. When the feet of miraculous power are obtained, as it is said, because many signs of trust are seen, truth arises, as well as special faith in the Three Jewels and the results of actions, and especially in the realization of the teacher and his retinue. Until one has power over the object, it is not called a faculty. That faith will initiate even greater diligence. Faith and diligence produce mindfulness, mindfulness produces one-pointedness, and from that, the special higher seeing achieves even greater progress than before, and in order to gain freedom, one must still strive. Fifthly, having obtained the five faculties in that way, when one strongly meditates on those faculties again, those faculties will become very powerful. Their respective opposing factors, in order, are disbelief, laziness, forgetfulness, distraction, and ignorance, etc., which cannot hinder them in return, and can destroy outwards, so they are called the five powers. In this unsurpassed vehicle, the faculty and power of samadhi are the wisdom of great bliss, and wisdom is the wisdom of emptiness that focuses on that bliss. That

The goal of both is the deity's body inseparable from appearance and emptiness. Mindfulness must be purely unfabricated up to this point. The bliss here is the four joys of the path, the bliss of the coarse clinging to external objects disappearing is joy, the bliss of the coarse attachment to internal objects disappearing is supreme joy, the bliss of the coarse clinging of mind and mental factors disappearing is special joy, which is the samadhi of bliss at the time of the five senses. The realization of these three joys also arises sequentially. The great bliss of the simultaneous disappearance of all coarse conceptualizations of grasper and grasped, and the manifestation and disappearance of the eighty self-nature conceptualizations is innate, and the five powers are internal samadhi. Sixth, the seven branches of enlightenment are divided into two. First, the common aspect: the branch of mindfulness of perfect enlightenment is to realize the meaning of the nature of reality directly and hold it without forgetting. Since everything enters based on this, it is the branch of abiding. Perfect discernment is the wisdom that destroys the clinging to characteristics of conceptual thought and realizes selflessness, and it is the main one among the seven branches, since enlightenment is the nature of wisdom, it is the branch of nature. Diligence is the manifest joy in accomplishing the higher qualities, and it is the branch of renunciation because it leads to the ultimate goal to be attained. Joy is the unpolluted joy that benefits body and mind, and it is the branch of benefit because it makes body and mind happy. Pliancy is the arising of unpolluted bliss because body and mind are serviceable, and it is the cause of being free from all afflictions, so it is the branch of the basis. Samadhi is one-pointedness, and it is the branch of abiding in the absence of afflictions. Equanimity, the branch of perfect enlightenment, is the unpolluted mind abandoning effort, attachment, and aversion, and it is the branch of the nature of being without afflictions. Thus, the latter three are branches free from afflictions. Perfect discernment, diligence, and joy are on the side of insight. Pliancy, samadhi, and equanimity are on the side of calm abiding. Mindfulness is the nature of both. Second, the uncommon aspect: all seven are the nature of bliss and emptiness, and especially all the power of pliancy, channels, winds, and bindus.

All dissolve into the central channel, it is the bliss of the transformation of the essence of the gathered place. Samadhi is the four joys of the fruition time, it is the blissful samadhi that destroys the seeds of the eighty kinds of conceptual thoughts of self-nature. Wisdom is the wisdom of the basis of emptiness, it is separated from all elaborations, and becomes one with the essence of great bliss, appearing as either with or without characteristics. The seventh is the noble path, which also has two types, the first is the common one: Right View, the limb of the noble path, is the view that, for the meaning of directly seeing the two selflessnesses of the true nature of reality, cuts off the imputations of addition and subtraction, and thus obtains certainty. Right Thought is, wishing to explain the meaning that one has realized to others. Right Speech is, in accordance with realization, teaching the Dharma with truthful words, these three cause one to believe in the purity of view. Right Action is, for the white and black actions of body, speech, and mind, not confusing what to take and what to abandon, not letting go of even the subtle differences, this causes one to believe in the purity of discipline. Right Livelihood is, flattery and adulation, measuring by gain, hypocrisy, seeking gain by gain, is the right livelihood of abandoning wrong livelihood, this causes one to believe in the simplicity of resources. In the abandonment of meditation, destroying the six afflictions of conceptual thought, this is what is used in this context of the noble path, generally speaking, Right Effort is, the effort to destroy desire, hatred, ignorance, arrogance, doubt, and wrong views. Right Mindfulness is, remembering the objects of enlightenment, thus abandoning forgetfulness and other near afflictions. Samadhi Right Noble Path is, accomplishing qualities such as clairvoyance, and being able to independently apply antidotes, it is one-pointedness of mind. Right View is the main one, the other seven are retinue. View, Thought, and Effort are the aggregate of wisdom. Speech, Action, and Livelihood are the aggregate of discipline. Mindfulness and Samadhi are the aggregate of samadhi. Liberation is the path of learning, and its wisdom seeing is the Right View of the path of no learning. In this vehicle, realization, speech, action, livelihood, and mindfulness are all subsequent attainment, while view, effort, and samadhi are more focused on meditative absorption. During meditative absorption, the five all have function, therefore there are eight limbs.
