In general, to negate all the definitive scriptures with the definitive meaning of just one word is to say that the Buddha only speaks falsehoods. Furthermore, if only emptiness with aspects is taught as the definitive meaning in the Kalachakra and other texts, then is it not permissible to meditate on emptiness without aspects, which is the main intention of the intermediate turning of the wheel? If compassion is happiness, which arises from the definitive meaning of mantra, then is it not permissible for mantra practitioners to meditate on this compassion, which is common to both sutra and tantra? If the generation stage recitation and the channels and winds, which are taught as provisional meaning, are also not permissible to meditate on, then that would be too extreme. Compassion is not contradictory to this, as it says in the Hevajra Tantra: "Having generated compassion with effort, the act of killing is spoken of." And in other texts it says: "The samaya of liberating with compassion is not to cut off and suppress, but to fill the aggregates with vajra and transfer the consciousness to vajra." This shows that although there is only the thought of killing in the conventional sense during the main practice, it is seized by compassion in both the preparatory and subsequent stages, just as a captain kills a deceitful merchant with great compassion. Furthermore, the great translator Rinchen Zangpo said: "If beings are liberated by performing the rite of killing, then the Tathagatas should only perform the rite of killing and proclaim it." This seems to be what he said out of great compassion, knowing and seeing that there was a need to prevent people from practicing secret mantra incorrectly, so I prostrate to him a hundred times. However, that reasoning does not apply, because liberation is liberation from the lower realms, or rebirth in a pure land. That is reasonable, because if this rite of killing and transferring, which has complete characteristics, is performed, then the Victorious Ones have said that one will go that way. For example, just as one performs a rite of purification for the deceased, they will go that way. Furthermore, if one is liberated by realizing emptiness, then it is too extreme to have to teach only emptiness, and so on. Here I say: If this great method has long frightened even the most excellent vehicle, then what is surprising about those of inferior intellect who claim to be mantra practitioners being extremely frightened? Eleventh, because the object of names and concepts has passed beyond, therefore holding emptiness, which is devoid of these dharmas, as a sign, as it says in the *Distinguishing the Fires*: "When non-duality is held as a name, the yogi sees me."", "english_translation": "In general, to negate all the definitive scriptures with the definitive meaning of just one word is to say that the Buddha only speaks falsehoods.
