The fearlessness in proclaiming the Dharma that obstructs is because one directly sees that desirable qualities and attachments obstruct liberation, so there is no basis for refuting such a proclamation. The fearlessness in proclaiming the path of definite emergence is because one has attained complete liberation through the Dharmas of the path to enlightenment, and because one directly sees that others can never do so, therefore, no one can refute such a proclamation. Thirdly, as stated in the Ornament of the Sutras: "With realization and conduct, and with wisdom and activity, to the supreme teacher of all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, I pay homage." As it is said, firstly, the six qualities encompassed by realization, the body has no errors, meaning there are never any errors in bodily conduct such as pretending or fighting. Speech has no idle talk, meaning that Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas may rebuke, saying, "Who is in the empty village?" etc., but the Tathagata has no meaningless speech. The mind has no forgetfulness, meaning that it is not like the arising of direct knowledge again after meditative equipoise, but rather knowing effortlessly at all times. There is no wavering, meaning there is no separation between meditative equipoise and subsequent awareness, so one is constantly in meditative equipoise. There is no perception of difference, meaning seeing the nature of samsara as nirvana, the nature of afflictions as purification, etc., seeing all as equality. There is no unexamined equanimity, meaning that for all beings who have even a slight chance of being tamed, there is never any abandonment such as missing the opportunity, because while being non-conceptual, one accomplishes benefit without deviating from the time, without near or far. Secondly, the six qualities encompassed by conduct, aspiration is without decline, meaning that one delights in the benefit of all beings, so aspiration does not decline. Diligence is without decline, meaning that even for the sake of one being, one strives for countless eons, with effortless diligence, the body, speech, and mind are without fatigue. Mindfulness is without decline, meaning knowing the past, such as the conduct, thoughts, and latent tendencies of beings, and how to tame them, and being seized by the wisdom of mindfulness. Wisdom is without decline, meaning for the

There is no end to showing the Dharma door in accordance with conduct. Non-degradation of Samadhi: To equally abide at all times in all immeasurable quantities of Samadhi that have been attained. Non-degradation of liberation: Not just partial liberation, but complete liberation from the two obscurations of afflictions and knowledge, attaining non-abiding Nirvana. Third, among the three gathered by wisdom, the arising of unobstructed wisdom vision for the past is to know without error all the dharmas that have occurred in the kalpas of beginningless time. The arising of unobstructed wisdom vision for the future, and the arising of unobstructed wisdom vision for the present, are also the same: to know without confusion or entanglement all the dharmas that have occurred in the endless kalpas, and all that exists in the ten directions now, all at once. Fourth, among the three gathered by activity, all bodily activities are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom, which means that all that one has done before is kept in mind for a single moment, and all that one does later is known by that wisdom all at once, and the activity of the body, such as miracles, continues uninterrupted. All activities of speech are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom, which means that in the same way of entering, the Dharma is taught with sixty branches of speech in accordance with the minds of sentient beings. The activity of mind, preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom, also in the same way of entering, is free from all thoughts and elaborations, and abides equally in the Dharmadhatu in the ultimate sense. These are explained in detail in the Sutra of the Great Compassion of the Tathagata or the Sutra Requested by the King of Dhāraṇī, and in the Sutra Requested by the Jewel Daughter, all sixty-two qualities and their causes are explained in great detail. Among the eighteen unmixed qualities, some are similar to this and some are different, and each explains a Samadhi and a Dhāraṇī. In essence, the method requested by the Dhāraṇī King is also said to be slightly different from this. For details, see those Sutras themselves.
