knows all. The detailed classification of what is and is not the place should be learned from the Compendium. The power of knowing karma and its maturation means that one knows simultaneously which good and bad karma produces which result. The power of knowing meditation, liberation, samadhi, all defilements, and purification is known as the power of knowing all purification. That is, the four meditations, the eight liberations, the ten pervasions, etc., or according to the Mahayana view, the collections of samadhis like the Heroic Progress Samadhi, etc., and the Dharma that cuts off between the nine successively abiding absorptions, all defilements, and the Dharma that increases the antidote, all are known. The power of knowing the superior and non-superior faculties means that one knows all the faculties of beings, the three sharp, medium, and dull, and their infinite distinctions, and the Dharma that ripens and awakens them. The power of knowing various inclinations means that one knows the inclinations of beings towards the three vehicles, and the inclinations towards the differentiated Dharma such as generosity and discipline, and the strength of these inclinations, and the nature of good and bad. The power of knowing various realms means that realm and lineage are the same meaning, that is, the respective lineages of the three vehicles, and the definite, the indefinite, and the temporary lineage, and the strength of the roots and imprints, in short, all the nature and development are known. The power of knowing all paths means that one knows the path of samsara, the karma and afflictions created by beings in the five realms, and all the karma that arises in the three realms, and one knows the path of peace, that is, all the goals by which the three vehicles attain enlightenment. The power of knowing the recollection of past lives means that one knows simultaneously all that one has experienced in all of one's past lives. The power of knowing death and rebirth means that one knows simultaneously all the rebirths of all beings in the ten directions to the ultimate limit, without exception, that is, through this one can completely know all their past lives. The power of knowing the exhaustion of outflows means that one knows for oneself

All that should be abandoned is exhausted and will not be reborn, and all the contaminated dharmas of other sentient beings, and likewise for those who have exhausted the contaminations, all are known simultaneously. All of these are spontaneously accomplished and without conceptualization, seeing in a way that is without seeing. Why is it called power? Because it has destroyed all the obscurations of ignorance in one's own continuum, and also destroys all of others. As it says in the Uttaratantra of the Mahayana: "Power itself is like a vajra to the obscuration of ignorance."", "original_tibetan": "ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །ཡང་འདི་དག་བདུད་བཞི་འཇོམས་པའི་ཕྱིར་སྟོབས་ཏེ། མདོ་སྡེ་རྒྱན་ལས། ཐབས་དང་སྐྱབས་དང་དག་པ་དང༌། །ཐེག་ཆེན་ངེས་པར་འབྱུང་བ་ལས། །སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ནི་རབ་བསླུ་བའི། །བདུད་འཇོམས་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་ལྟར་རོ། །དེ་ཡང་ཐབས་ལ་བསླུ་བའི་བདུད་ནི། མཆོད་སྦྱིན་བྱས་པས། བྱེད་པ་པོ་དང་བསད་པའི་དུད་འགྲོ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་མཐོ་རིས་སུ་འགྲོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ། མཐོ་རིས་དང་ཐར་པའི་ཐབས་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྟོན་པ་སྟེ། དེ་ནི་སྟོབས་དང་པོས་འཇོམས་སོ། །ལས་དགེ་སྡིག་གིས་མཐོ་རིས་དང་ངན་སོང་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་ཡིན་པ་ལ། དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་སོང་མ་སོང་དང་མཉེས་མ་མཉེས་ཀྱིས་དེ་དང་དེར་འགྲཽ་བར་འདོད་པ་ནི། སྐྱབས་ལ་བསླུ་བའི་བདུད་དེ། སྟོབས་གཉིས་པས་འཇོམས་སོ། །བསམ་གཏན་གཟུགས་མེད་ཀྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ཐར་བ་ཡིན་པར་འདོད་པ་སོགས་ནི། དག་པ་ལ་བསླུ་བའི་བདུད་དེ། སྟོབས་གསུམ་པས་འཇོམས་ཏེ། དེས་དེ་དག་གི་ས་བོན་སྤོངས་པའི་ནུས་པ་མཁྱེན་ཞིང་སྟོན་པས་སོ། །ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་རིགས་ཅན་ཐེག་དམན་ལ་སྦྱོར་བ་ནི། ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་ངེས་པར་བསླུ་བའི་བདུད་དེ། དེ་ནི་སྟོབས་ལྷག་མ་བདུན་གྱིས་འཇོམས་སོ། །གཉིས་པ་ནི། དང་པོ་གཉིས་རང་དོན་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་མཛད་པ་ལ་མི་འཇིགས་པ་དང༌། ཕྱི་མ་གཉིས་གཞན་དོན་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་ལ་མི་འཇིགས་པའོ་ཞེས་ངེས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་མངོན་པར་བྱང་ཆུབ་པ་ལ་མི་འཇིགས་", "chinese_translation": "如是说。 其中,不畏于现证一切法", "english_translation": "So it is said. Furthermore, these are called powers because they destroy the four maras. As it says in the Ornament of the Sutras: "From means, protection, purity, and the definite arising of the Great Vehicle, I prostrate to you who destroy the maras who greatly deceive sentient beings." So it is said. Among these, the mara who deceives in means is that by making offerings and giving, the performer and the livestock that are killed will also be reborn in the heavens, and so on, showing the means to be reborn in the heavens and liberation, etc. This is destroyed by the first power. Originally, one goes to the heavens and the lower realms through good and bad karma, but it is thought that one goes there depending on whether one has taken refuge in Ishvara and others, and whether they are pleased or not. This is the mara who deceives in protection, and is destroyed by the second power. Thinking that the samadhi of the formless realms is liberation, etc., is the mara who deceives in purity, and is destroyed by the third power, because he knows and shows the ability to abandon the seeds of these. Leading those with the Mahayana lineage to the Hinayana is the mara who definitely deceives in the Great Vehicle, and this is destroyed by the remaining seven powers. The second is that the first two are fearless in accomplishing the perfection of one's own benefit, and the latter two are fearless in accomplishing the perfection of others' benefit. This should be determined. Among these, there is no fear in realizing all dharmas.", "original_tibetan": "པ་ནི། ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་ཞིང་ཐུགས་སུ་ཆུད་པ་ཡིན་པས་དེ་ལ་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན་མཐུ་ཆེ་བ་སུས་ཀྱང་དེ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་ཞེས་རྒོལ་བའི་གནས་མེད་པའོ། །འདི་ནི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པའོ། །ཟག་པ་ཟད་པ་ལ་མི་འཇིགས་པ་ནི། འདོད་ཆགས་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཟག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཟད་པ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར། དེ་ལྟར་ཞལ་གྱིས་བཞེས་པ་ལ་རྒོལ་བའི་གནས་མེད་པ་སྟེ། སྤངས་པ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པའོ། །", "chinese_translation": "是因为通达并且证悟了一切法,因此世间上没有比他更有力量的人,没有人能反驳说不是这样。这是智慧圆满。不畏于烦恼已尽,是因为贪欲等一切烦恼都已断尽,对于如此承诺没有反驳之处,这是断德圆满。", "english_translation": "Because all dharmas are known and realized, there is no one in the world more powerful than him, and there is no basis for anyone to argue that it is not so. This is the perfection of wisdom. There is no fear in the exhaustion of defilements, because all defilements such as desire are exhausted, and there is no basis for arguing against such a claim. This is the perfection of abandonment.
