When the aspect of becoming twenty-one mandalas and attaining enlightenment appears, when one person becomes a Buddha, limitless mandalas gathered by self-appearance will arise. If we differentiate these, one hundred families will arise. Starting from the twenty-one aggregates, elements, and sources mentioned earlier, generally releasing the realm of phenomena and mind, combining the nineteen with the five families of the base period and the same family, dividing them into five parts each. The minor families to be gathered are ninety-five, the gatherers are the five wisdoms of the base period, the great families are the five victorious Buddhas, totaling one hundred families. These are also explained in detail in the 'Compendium of Practices Lamp'. To speak briefly, the five families such as Vairochana separated from form, the form of shape is Vairochana, the form of appearance is Ratnasambhava, the color is Amitabha, the appearance of light is Amoghasiddhi, the non-intentional form is Akshobhya. The recognition of this is not like in the Abhidharma, but the form of appearance that appears in the field of consciousness, which is called self-aware form. The feeling arising from bile etc. is Akshobhya, the feeling arising from phlegm and wind is Ratnasambhava, the feeling of pleasure is Amitabha, the feeling of suffering is Amoghasiddhi, the feeling of equanimity is Vairochana. The consciousness of two-legged beings is Akshobhya, of four-legged beings is Ratnasambhava, of legless beings is Amitabha, of many-legged beings is Amoghasiddhi, the consciousness that does not move or flow is Vairochana. The fifth of these is the god of the formless realm, the others refer to the consciousness of sentient beings who actually appear. Also, sequentially relying on the two extremes such as the extreme of permanence, relying on the four extremes, clinging to each characteristic as one, clinging to various objects as one thing, and clinging to emptiness as a characteristic. Some holy beings also hold this view. The bodily action of the aggregate of formation is Vairochana, the verbal action is Amitabha, the mental action is Akshobhya, the action of the three realms is Ratnasambhava, the action of liberation is Amoghasiddhi. Eye consciousness is Vairochana, ear consciousness is Ratnasambhava, nose consciousness is Amitabha, tongue consciousness is Amoghasiddhi, body consciousness is Akshobhya, these are the twenty-five victorious ones. Hair and bones and outer skin and liver and heart are internal, Mount Meru is the external element.
