The instruction that destroys the flaws caused by errors is the oral instruction of looking at the face of one's own mind. Relying solely on subsequent inferences is not even a fraction of it. If there is no ālaya, the consciousness cannot perform activities such as connecting day and night. As it says in the *Compendium of Mahāyāna*, "Consciousness is also like rotten mud in the mother's womb." Furthermore, the fainting of consciousness should not be consciousness itself, because it is a place that constantly has afflictions and does not perceive the object of consciousness. And so on, the essence of the extensively spoken meaning is: If Devadatta does not die, his intermediate state cannot enter the womb; if he dies, consciousness cannot not cease. Therefore, there would be no one to take the intermediate state, and the consciousness that has just entered the womb is not consciousness, because it does not rely on the root of consciousness, so it does not perceive the object of consciousness. This is the meaning. Those who believe that there is no ālaya, if they establish it with examples such as recitation, lamps, and images, merely in terms of dependent origination, that is fine, but it does not help at all as a reason for it being consciousness and not ālaya. Moreover, there is no valid refutation that can be shown for the previous reasoning. Then, in the *Sūtra on the Transference of Existence, Advice to the King*, it says, "Great King, the last consciousness that ceases is called death; the first consciousness that arises is called birth. Great King, when the last consciousness ceases, it does not go anywhere. When the first consciousness arises, from where does it come?" And, "Recitation, lamp, mirror, fire, crystal, seed, sourness, and sound, the connection of the aggregates, the wise know that they do not transfer." How should this be cited? We also do not believe that the one who dies is the one who is born, because all conditioned phenomena do not remain for even a moment. However, the continuum is uninterrupted, the later arises from the former, and it is not transferred there, which is the meaning of the examples, and it is also the meaning of having no coming and going. The first arising is also in relation to the state of birth and the intermediate state. Therefore.

Even when explaining the profound meaning of women, explanation and union should be without desire. Decay, death, and rebirth are all considered to be manifestations of consciousness alone. Do not use these quotations from the Abhidharmakośa as mere ornaments. In this context, according to Ngok's translation, if the ālaya-vijñāna is explained as mind, then the word "mind" would be repeated twice. Therefore, my own view is that the indestructible bindu mentioned above, with its aspect of knowing, is the ālaya-vijñāna itself. And the bindu, as its basis, is also called ālaya-vijñāna. Therefore, the nature of the ālaya-vijñāna, that is, the bindu bodhicitta that serves as the basis, and the winds that serve as the mounts of the five sense consciousnesses, are placed and absorbed within it. In order to absorb them, the bindus are placed in their respective locations, and the mind is focused on them. Since the mind consciousness generally does not have a fixed location, it is necessary to clearly indicate where it is placed. Therefore, placing the mind in the heart means placing it in the original location of the bindu in the heart. So, should the meaning of this be explained? If it is thought that this is a detailed explanation of the heart bindu, and therefore it should not be placed in the eyes etc., there is no contradiction. Because all of these function by relying on the heart bindu. In the detailed explanation of the Dharmakāya as the result, the body, speech, mind, and activities are explained. Furthermore, the benefits of Vajra recitation are the same as above. As it is said here: "Bring the basis of wisdom back to your own home." Through the root Vajra recitation, the winds and mind enter the central channel, and by performing Vajra recitation on the branch winds from the sense gates, the five direct perceptions can be accomplished. Therefore, although in these methods, there are ways to press on various different points such as the six senses, the main thing is to meditate on the heart, and then press on the grasping and grasped winds that are the cause and result. Therefore, it is the heart. Second, regarding sound, meaning, essence, classification, and result, the first is: relying on various different aspects of objects. Vajra here is what prevents the two winds from separating, that is, binding in various different locations, therefore it is the sequence of various Vajras. The second is the sequence of binding the winds into bindus within the dhūti (Tibetan transliteration) through the practice of vase breathing. Third, with seed syllables.

The sequence of gathering vajras, the sequence of various vajras, the sequence of seedless vajras. First, it is clear that it relies on the karma mudra explicitly taught in the scriptures. In any case, relying on the jewel bindu, the wind and mind are gathered at the lower end of the central channel, and the three processes of entering, abiding, and dissolving are performed there. Second, spreading to the gates of the senses, the wind and mind are stabilized in them by the union of vase breathing, and for the sake of stabilizing the life force in the four chakras of the channels, the union of vase breathing is bound in them, which is the sequence of various vajras. Third, placing the mind on the bindu where the winds of the three channels of rolang duma gather at the eyebrow chakra at the upper end of the central channel, the wind and mind gather at the eyebrow chakra at the upper end of the central channel, and the three processes of entering, abiding, and dissolving are performed, so that the bodhicitta abides in the forehead in the form of sixteen vowels, and the bindus expand. Here, the presence or absence of seeds is like explaining the presence or absence of letters, and it should be known that the sequence of various vajras is a branch with seeds. Fourth, with the sequence of various vajras with seeds, one will gain the power to bind the bodhicitta to the jewel, and wherever the mind abides, the wind will also dissolve there, and there the bodhicitta will melt and abide for a long time without moving elsewhere, because of the reason that the wind that moves the bindu dissolves. By spreading to the five senses, it arises from the divine eye to the direct perception of the body, which is far superior to the first stage, and the five direct perceptions led by the wisdom of great bliss are not obtained by this slightly, but this is obtained by the difference of wind yoga and object, and the five direct perceptions led by bliss are obtained by the power of the wisdom of great bliss, and it is much wider and faster than that obtained by the difference of object. As for the Paramita Vehicle, as it says in the Ornament of the Sutras: After obtaining the extremely pure fourth dhyana, and completely grasping the non-conceptual wisdom, from how to contemplate the abiding mode of all dharmas, one will obtain the yidam who accomplishes power. Thus, the mind of dhyana.
