红色的运行，依靠白色极清净的母亲的次第而依靠。红色从头顶向下，直到宝珠和脚底之间稳固，身体变成虹身，心变成无分别。脐下充满了胜义菩提心，所缘显现为空性。据说获得道时的化身，幻化出许多轮涅勇士勇母，为菩萨们讲法。每一个毛孔都散发出成百上千的化身等，称为无分别的喜悦。心间以下充满，所缘永恒显现为空性，比以前更加清晰。道时法身，即光明极其稳固，光芒和化身以及讲法，以及游历刹土等，比以前增加十倍。后面的也应以十倍十倍地增加，这是无分别的殊胜喜悦。喉咙以下充满，空性的智慧比以前更加清晰。道时的报身，与本尊身的光显不分离，出现各种各样的相好，这是无分别的离喜。直到头顶充满，空性的智慧变得非常清晰，立即接近现量见到。道时的大乐之身，从此以后，在一切等持和后得中，获得不会间断的安乐。由大乐所引导的六种殊胜现量，以及平凡的身体状态发生改变，变成普通人无法看到的虹身，这是各种各样的情况。如果这些状态没有改变，那么在此之后会生起见道，不可能不改变这里的状态。而且从生起秘密次第的第一个证悟开始，直到风心之身成就的各种状态中，为了空行母们享用，会出现恐惧和指示。对此不要害怕，如果知道就回答指示。在没有获得广大现量之前，也无法理解一切指示的含义，所以从左边绕三圈等，要知道一切都是空性。无论如何，如果没有从三摩地中动摇，心没有改变，那么这些会感到高兴，并劝请超世间者，行持。

The red movement, relying on the order of the white, extremely pure mother. The red, from the crown of the head down, is stable between the jewel and the soles of the feet, the body becomes a rainbow body, and the mind becomes non-conceptual. Below the navel is filled with ultimate bodhicitta, and the objects appear as emptiness. It is said that the manifestation body at the time of the path is obtained, and many heroes and heroines of the wheel of time are manifested, and the Dharma is taught to the Bodhisattvas. Hundreds of thousands of manifestations emanate from each pore, which is called the joy of non-conceptuality. The area below the heart is filled, and the objects appear as emptiness, which is clearer than before. The Dharma body at the time of the path, that is, the light is extremely stable, and the light and manifestations and the teaching of the Dharma, and the journey to the pure lands, etc., are ten times more than before. The latter should also be increased tenfold and tenfold, which is the supreme joy of non-conceptuality. The area below the throat is filled, and the wisdom of emptiness is clearer than before. The Sambhogakaya at the time of the path is inseparable from the appearance of the deity's body, and various signs and examples appear, which is the joy of non-conceptual separation. Until the crown of the head is filled, the wisdom of emptiness becomes very clear, and it is immediately close to seeing it directly. The body of great bliss at the time of the path, from now on, in all samadhi and post-meditation, obtains uninterrupted bliss. The six special direct perceptions led by great bliss, and the ordinary body state changes, becoming a rainbow body that ordinary people cannot see, which is a variety of situations. If these states do not change, then the path of seeing will arise after this, and it is impossible not to change the state here. Moreover, from the first realization of the secret stages, until the various states in which the body of wind and mind is accomplished, in order for the dakinis to enjoy, fear and instructions will appear. Do not be afraid of this, and if you know, answer the instructions. Before obtaining vast direct perception, it is impossible to understand the meaning of all instructions, so circling three times from the left, etc., know that everything is emptiness. In any case, if you have not wavered from samadhi and your mind has not changed, then these will be pleased and urge the transcendent ones to practice.
