这是六种姓氏的智慧。如果不一致，就会被非人所迷惑，或者只是不确定的体验。因此，当脐下之门的通道中的地气稳定时，外面会颠倒地出现日月昼夜。内在的身体体验是身体沉重，四肢粗大肿胀，感觉像被压住一样。这些在六处嘎拉中，内在会产生无分别的智慧，光明空性占主导，并伴有少许快乐。当小便通道中的中脉水气稳定时，外面会看到白天的月亮和星辰，并且会觉得身体融入任何事物中。当罗玛脉鼻尖束缚的额头中脉火气稳定时，会看到大火燃烧，身体产生无尽的温暖，感觉像在天空中飞翔，意识粗糙，渴望愤怒。梦中总是梦见大火。当位于左鼻孔正上方的单脉顶端束缚的中脉风气稳定时，会看到彩虹的坛城。如果白业（指白痰）占主导，则是白色；如果赤巴（指胆汁）占主导，则是黄色；如果血液占主导，则是红色；如果是混合，则是均匀的。感觉像在天空中飞翔，梦中会梦见飞翔和跳跃悬崖等。如果真的发生跳跃，就需要种植的窍诀。当风的气息，罗、单脉、中脉三者在舌根处汇聚稳定时，会感觉身体肿胀，感觉有生物在头上爬行，蛇在鼻子里爬行，耳朵里出现各种各样的纳达声音，小舌头滴下甘露。当这个气息稳定在脐下时，会看到黑色的明点，身体感到舒适而融化，梦中也会感到舒适。当智慧的气息稳定在海螺脉中时，会产生微细的预知能力。在阿瓦都提脉中，内外都会看到蛇头般的图像。由于看到、听到佛法等因缘，会产生巨大的信心。在体验的显现中，会看到许多本尊。不要执着于此。如果执着，就会被蕴魔所控制，这是乔沃·那若巴所说的。后面的这些与金刚萨埵和其他本尊的颜色相符。

This is the wisdom of the six lineages. If it doesn't align, one will be deluded by non-humans, or it's just an uncertain experience. Therefore, when the earth-wind is stable in the central channel of the lower gate, the sun and moon, day and night, appear reversed outwardly. The inner bodily experience is a heavy body, limbs growing thick and swollen, feeling like being suppressed. In these six galas, internally, non-conceptual wisdom arises, luminosity and emptiness are dominant, accompanied by a little bliss. When the water-wind is stable in the central channel of the urinary passage, one sees the moon and stars during the day outwardly, and feels like the body merges into anything. When the fire-wind is stable in the central channel of the forehead, bound by the tip of the Roma vein, one sees a great fire blazing, the body generates inexhaustible warmth, feels like flying in the sky, and the consciousness is rough, desiring anger. In dreams, one always dreams of a great fire. When the wind of wind is stable in the central channel, bound by the upper tip of the single vein located directly above the left nostril, one sees a mandala of rainbows. If phlegm is dominant, it is white; if bile is dominant, it is yellow; if blood is dominant, it is red; if it's a mixture, it's even. One feels like flying in the sky, and in dreams, one dreams of flying and jumping off cliffs, etc. If actual jumping occurs, one needs the pith instructions for planting. When the wind of wind, Ro, the single vein, and the central channel, all three converge and stabilize at the root of the tongue, one feels bodily swelling, feels like creatures are crawling on the head, snakes are crawling in the nose, various Nada sounds arise in the ears, and nectar drips from the uvula. When that wind stabilizes below the navel, one sees a black bindu, the body feels comfortable and melts, and one also feels comfortable in dreams. When the wisdom wind stabilizes in the conch vein, subtle clairvoyance arises. In the Avadhuti channel, images like the hood of a snake's head are seen both internally and externally. Due to seeing and hearing the Dharma, great faith arises. In the manifestation of experience, many yidam deities are seen. Do not be attached to this. If attached, one will be taken over by the skandha demons, as Jowo Naropa said. These later ones correspond to the colors of Vajrasattva and other deities.
