This is very little. Furthermore, there is much to be said here. Thirdly, the nature of bliss and emptiness is: the appearance of bliss does not cease, and at the same time, whatever arises as an inexpressible, non-elaborate aspect, that is the nature of bliss and emptiness. For beginners, this becomes a method. Some say that when bliss and its emptiness are achieved simultaneously, yogis do not need to combine them inseparably. They argue that one cannot first nourish emptiness with bliss, nor can one first nourish bliss with emptiness, and the ultimate conclusion is that if the innate meaning arises, then the object is emptiness, and the subject is bliss, and the two are inseparable. This is like the previously mentioned "intention entering," or considering the meaning of inseparability as the nature of two minds being non-different, and regarding them as one entity, etc., which has no effect and does not establish a profound tenet, but only speaks many superficial words. If refutations were written, it would become lengthy, so it is not written, and those self-contradictions are obvious. The Samputa Tantra also says: "Wisdom is in the place of no object, and great compassion is also without object. When it becomes one with the mind, it is like space merging into space." This means that if the one mind is not both bliss and emptiness, then even if many words of combining object and subject are spoken, it will not match the examples such as space merging into space. If there is no great bliss, how can it be achieved? The Vajra Dakini Tantra says: "Everything is the nature of space, but space has no nature. All beings in the three realms are like illusions. स्थिर (Sanskrit Devanagari, sthira, stable) चञ्चल (Sanskrit Devanagari, cañcala, moving), beings are invisible. All that is seen and touched is like an illusion. Fools are bound by this, but the wise enjoy it. With the union of mudras, all three realms can be consumed. Otherwise, if there is union, it will pass like a lamp." This means that although all dharmas are without self-nature like space, the appearance of the three realms does not cease, which is like an illusion. Therefore, whether stable or moving, all containers and contents are not seen in terms of existence or non-existence, because this is the naturally pure nature of all dharmas. Fools are bound by the desirable qualities of seeing and touching, etc., while the wise, that is, self-

Those who know thus are liberated through play. Therefore, the bliss-emptiness of union with the mudra dissolves and consumes all the illusions appearing in the three realms into emptiness. Bliss accomplishes the accumulation of merit and wisdom, thus leading to the attainment of unsurpassed enlightenment. If bliss is incomplete, then emptiness, even if grasped with other means, will not accomplish the accumulation of merit, and one will pass into nirvana like a extinguished lamp. Thus it is said. In the Perfection of Wisdom Sutras, there are also instances where the desire for dual union arises as a path, such as the Bodhisattva child transforming into a star. Therefore, if you think that it is not a special characteristic of mantra, that is not the case. The Bodhicaryāvatāra says: 'For the wise who abide thus, there is nothing that does not turn into merit.' Thus, it is only shown as conduct embraced by the mind of enlightenment, but it is not shown as the essence of the path, and it is not said that all the bliss of desire is the path. In the Sutra system alone, there is no path that can make it the path. Here, it is to show how such great bliss-wisdom itself is taken as the actual basis of the path. Second, the way of arising of melting bliss has three aspects. First, what is to be melted is the white element, the bindu. Some say that it is only the syllable haṃ (ཧཾ་,हं,haṃ,吽) at the crown of the head, but that contradicts the dripping of the spring from one's own heart, and it is also unreasonable in meaning. As the Compendium of Practice Lamp says: 'From the seventy-two thousand channels, like a stream of immaculate water, the vowels a (ཨཱ་,,) and li (ཀཱ་,,) are melted.' Thus it is said, and there are many other scriptural authorities. Therefore, the main bindu is at the crown of the head and the heart, but the branches are all like kuṇḍalī. The nature of that bindu, in other tantras, it is said that in each of the three realms, the proportions of the six elements are different in quantity. Second, what melts it is the heat, the blazing essence of the red element. That is also stirred by the burning of the Brahma fire from the fire wheel, causing the heat of the navel wheel to awaken intensely, and it also burns by being stirred by the secret wheel. In short, there are three heats that ignite: the navel, the vajra waist, and the kṣa (ཀྵ་,,) syllable where the dragon king coils.
