The sixteenth is: the navel chakra is Buddhalocanā, the heart chakra is Māmakī, the throat chakra is White-robed Mother, and the crown chakra is Tārā. Since the essence of the elements, wind, and bindu reside there, it is said that these are the pure abodes of those deities. The navel chakra has the essence bindu of wind and earth elements, therefore that is Locanā. The other three are also the same. As it is said: Earth is said to be Locanā, the water element is Māmakī, White and Tārā are known as fire and wind. Also, the four goddesses represent the four mudrā families. Generally, the lotus-bearing mother is of the Locanā family, etc. But in the Hevajra system itself, Locanā represents the Picture Mother, Māmakī represents the Lotus Mother, White-robed Mother represents the Conch Mother, and Tārā represents the Elephant Mother. In order to untie the knots of those chakras, those mudrās are praised separately, and those also each have the power to purify those chakras, and from purifying those chakras, one obtains the gathering of messenger goddesses belonging to the four families, and the bliss of the four chakras is also the same as the melting bliss drawn by those, therefore becoming the purifier of their melting bliss, etc., showing many meanings. The second is the three threes: three samādhis, three actions, three mandalas, three bodies. The first is: the wind that begins to move is the Nirmāṇakāya of the base stage, the enjoyer, that which moves in that way is the Sambhogakāya, and that which tends towards cessation is the Dharmakāya. Thus, it is said in the Olapati: the Dharma, Sambhoga, and Nirmāṇa are born, abide, and enter. In the detailed explanation of this, the twenty-four places of outer and inner are identified, and in them, the movement of the inner hero yogini's channels, bindus, and winds is explained in detail. During the path stage, those winds and bindus dissolve from their respective places of dissolution into the dhūti, and the three that control the entry and use of the winds of all limbs necessarily depend on the mudrā path. The melting bindu of the seventy-two thousand channels is stable at the tip of the secret place, because they dissolve there. Therefore, the wind counts, and the bindu also dissolves. Therefore, from which wind and seventy-two thousand channels arise, the root place of each channel, the entry and

Po-sbyor-ba. The enjoyer is the supreme mandala. After dissolving, it is called supreme. All of these ultimately enter the central channel from the secret lotus at the same time, and when exercising the three powers of enjoyment, it is the same as that. No matter what perfection stage is ultimately extracted, it is the same. Therefore, these three samadhis will appear completely. The second is, inviting the deity and, requesting to descend, and, the exact meaning of the three abodes is, the air entering inside is inviting, going out is requesting to descend, abiding is abiding. By accomplishing the vajra recitation of these, one can accomplish the benefits and siddhis of those, etc., and the deity also actually exhorts and blesses in that way, even without the cumbersome mantra tantra ritual, it can be produced from this perfection stage, the three arising, dissolving, and abiding are the nature of mantra. From the tantras, vajra recitation has three letters, two letters, six letters, etc., the key to all that is said lies in this. If combined with bindu, the kundalini causing the bindu to drip from the crown of the head is inviting. Making it pervade the entire body is requesting to descend. The bindu is in each chakra, and when it is descending and stable, making it stable is abiding. The reason is the same as above, and if combined with air, inviting is the nirmanakaya, requesting to descend is the sambhogakaya, and abiding is the dharmakaya. If combined with bindu, inviting is the sambhogakaya, requesting to descend is the nirmanakaya, and abiding is the dharmakaya. The third is, the mandala of the nadi body, the mandala of the air speech, the mandala of the bindu mind. Or because it is the cause of bliss, the bindu, the speech sambhogakaya and, the air mind dharmakaya combination is also possible. The fourth is, non-conceptual dharmakaya, blissful sambhogakaya, luminous nirmanakaya or bindu nirmanakaya. In particular, at the time of the path, deep sleep in the heart is the dharmakaya, dreams in the throat are the complete sambhogakaya, and waking up in the navel is the nirmanakaya. That is also the appearance of that and that's bindu and air. By tapping those key points, the three kayas of the path time can be manifested, because they are produced from the appearance of the three kayas of the base time, so those are established as those. In that way it is also said, the three kayas are in the body, it should be said in the center of the wheel. It is said, on the crown of the head
