If you still don't understand, you won't understand the way to enter samsara. Therefore, it is difficult to understand the detailed classification of the antidotes to meditation that are similar to this. If you understand these, it will be easier to understand those, and there is such a need. The third is the uncommon common realization of the four stages themselves, but it will give certainty to many tantras. There are three of them: determining that all dharmas are the cause of one's own body; extensively explaining the purity of the base and the result; and the nature of the path that depends on it. First, determine the dharmas of the four wheels; determine the dharmas of body, speech, and mind; and determine the dharmas of means and wisdom. These common occasions of body and mind are difficult to determine except for the detailed combination of "Secret Truth Thoroughly Manifested", "Fourth Stage" and "Spring Thigle" written by the great scholar Nagpopa. However, if we briefly say that it is only to reveal the ending of those, then first, in general, from the vast number of four-group dharmas mentioned in the various tantras, here are collected what is appropriate according to needs, namely: four letters, four mudras, four arising winds, four recitation practice limbs, four truths, four classes, four parts, four moments, four joys, four fruits, four supreme or four good or four clear, four seats, four suchness, four immeasurables, four perfections, four goddesses. The first is the four letters e (藏文:ཨེ་,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:埃)vam (藏文:ཝཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vam,汉语字面意思:旺)ma ya, the navel wheel is in the form of the letter e (藏文:ཨེ་,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:埃), the heart is in the form of the letter vam (藏文:ཝཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vam,汉语字面意思:旺), the throat is the letter ma, which is the form of thigle, and the crown is the letter ya (藏文:ཡ,梵文天城体:य,梵文罗马拟音:ya,汉语字面意思:亚), which is in the form of emptiness, thus the Tathagata made the representation. Second, the navel wheel is the karma mudra because it functions to burn tummo, the heart is the basis of the mind, so it expands all dharmas, it is the dharma mudra, speech arises from the throat, speech is sound and emptiness is the same as space, so it is the great mudra, the crown is the basis of the great bliss vow, so it is the vow mudra. The oral instruction of the supreme Vajradhara is that, in general, the path needs to have four mudras, and all four can untie the knots of the four chakras.

Although there are delays, however, practicing each of the four mudras individually has the power to initially liberate that particular chakra. From primarily meditating on these individually, it is said that experiences such as thick bliss-emptiness, many clear appearances, showing the unblocked gate of Dharma nectar in accordance with the minds of sentient beings, and confused bliss-clarity experiences will arise. It is said that this is the teaching that directly sees cause and effect. It is also reasonable according to logic and seems very appropriate. Therefore, by focusing on the four chakras, the realization of the four mudras will arise; or, by focusing on the four mudras, the four chakras will be purified. Therefore, the four mudras are connected to the four chakras. From the "Olapati" or "Four Successive Practices," it says: "E-vam-ma-ya. E is the karma mudra. Vam is the dharma mudra. Ma is the maha mudra. Ya is the samaya mudra." The meaning of what was said has been well explained. Third, in general, it has already been explained above. The fast one is the fire wind, the vapor is the wind of wind, the completely binding or completely gathering is the earth wind, and the variously abiding or slow one is the water wind. The way of movement is, from the "Olapati," it says: "The hour is thirty-two, the finger is sixty-four, the transfer is sixteen, the period is four." As shown above, the top and so on are also the ways of those movements, that is, the fire wind moving from the throat and so on. The fast one is explained as going out, the vapor as the intermediate of not yet coming in, the slow one as entering, and the binding as abiding, and applying the four elements to those in order, the same as before, the way the four elements perform actions is the distinction of primary and secondary. Fourth, the navel is approach, that is, tummo burns in the navel, because that itself is close to great bliss and is approach. The heart is near accomplishment, there the tummo burns is what loosens the difficult-to-loosen knots of the channels, therefore it is very close to accomplishing great bliss. The throat is accomplishment, there the tummo burns, the fire of the navel and the fire of the throat combine, the fire becomes very powerful, therefore it has the ability to immediately accomplish melting bliss. The crown is great accomplishment, there if tummo burns, it can directly generate great bliss.
