I. Meditate that its light pervades the entire body. Generating heat is the Tummo of Samaya. In the center of the central channel, at the navel, is a red Ksha At the upper end, from the crown of the head to the eyebrows, there is a white Bindu in a curved manner. That Bindu rolls back and forth between the eyebrows and the crown of the head six or seven times, and then falls down through the central channel from the crown of the head. When it falls, it makes a ringing sound like striking a vessel filled with water with a stick, and when it touches the Ksha (藏文ཀྵ,梵文天城体क्ष,梵文罗马拟音kṣa,汉语字面意思: ક્ષ) at the navel, the stem melts and makes a sizzling sound. Then it rolls upwards again. As soon as it separates from the Ksha (藏文ཀྵ,梵文天城体क्ष,梵文罗马拟音kṣa,汉语字面意思: ક્ષ), it becomes empty and goes up to the crown of the head. Meditate in this way many times. Generating bliss is the Tummo of Dharma Mudra. Then, in the empty sky, fix your eyes without moving at a distance of about one cubit from the eyebrows. Sometimes tighten the mind, sometimes loosen it. From this, signs such as smoke will appear. Transforming bliss into non-conceptuality is the Tummo of Mahamudra. The second is the Tummo of Speech. The main thing is to purify the wind, which is common to the three channels. In the central channel, directly in front of the navel, there are red Am Dam Bam Meditate that the two ends of the single root slightly enter the central channel. Hold the vase breath. Rotate the abdomen left and right to churn the central channel. Imagine that fire arises from Bam If obstacles such as pain in the upper body arise, remove them. By meditating in this way, various non-conceptualities will arise spontaneously. This is the Tummo of tactile heat. In the central channel, from the crown of the head to the navel, the Bodhicitta stands like a stretched white thread. When the breath goes out and comes in, it is rubbed against it, and there is a tingling sensation of bliss. Focus on the light of that Bindu illuminating the inside of the body, making it clear and transparent. This is the Tummo of subtle clarity. When the wind is inside, the two ends of the Bindu thread break off and roll like a ball of yarn at the navel. When it stays inside, there is a round sensation of bliss. Focus on its light shining, and the body almost disappears. When it goes out, it stretches out and rises from the nostrils. When it comes in again, it curls and rolls from the upper end. Meditate as before, reaching the navel, etc., and bring a little bliss to mind. This is the Tummo of very subtle bliss. The third is the Tummo of Body. Mainly for dissolving the knots of the channels. In general, physical exercise, Trulkhor, and three sitting postures

Ah! In the stage of meditating that only union is important, the body posture is with both hands crossed behind the neck, otherwise it is the same as usual. Meditate on the three channels and four chakras along with the five letters. Other practices such as holding the breath and burning drops are the same as the root Tummo. Meditate that fire blazes from Ksha (藏文:ཀྵ,梵文天城体:क्ष,梵文罗马拟音:kṣa,汉语字面意思:Ka) and the bodhicitta descends upon Ksha (藏文:ཀྵ,梵文天城体:क्ष,梵文罗马拟音:kṣa,汉语字面意思:Ka). Then, after a few breaths have passed or when doing shamatha-vipassana, after a few days, visualize the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ་,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the heart melting and dissolving into Ksha (藏文:ཀྵ,梵文天城体:क्ष,梵文罗马拟音:kṣa,汉语字面意思:Ka). Visualize the Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at the throat and Ksha (藏文:ཀྵ,梵文天城体:क्ष,梵文罗马拟音:kṣa,汉语字面意思:Ka) burning and dripping. The Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) also melts and dissolves into Ksha (藏文:ཀྵ,梵文天城体:क्ष,梵文罗马拟音:kṣa,汉语字面意思:Ka). Visualize Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hang) and Ksha (藏文:ཀྵ,梵文天城体:क्ष,梵文罗马拟音:kṣa,汉语字面意思:Ka) burning and dripping. Finally, visualize the space from the letter Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hang) up to the tip of the jewel filled with trickles of bodhicitta. This is the Tummo that transforms the coarse wind of the body into clear wind. Then, at the beginning of each session, meditate like that, and afterwards abandon conceptual focus, and alternately meditate on gazing unwavering at the sky in front with the eyes and mind, and on looking from the lower posture with awareness at the navel. This will make clarity blissful. By visualizing the bindus and letter-form images of the four chakras becoming clearer and clearer and vanishing into the sky, that thick experience of bliss also dissolves into space, and one becomes free from attachment to bliss, and many hidden things will suddenly appear. By meditating on Tummo yoga in this way, any of the three experiences will arise. The experience of nature is a great dullness led by bliss. The experience of thought is the arising of strong afflictions led by clarity, and so on. The experience of clear light is when bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality are equally present and free from grasping and attachment. The first experience is flawed, so it must be corrected to be without flaws. If dull, exert effort to raise awareness; eliminate it by relying on the nectar of various objects. If agitated, cut off whatever is distracting, making it auspicious in space. If you know that any afflictions and so on are appearances and experiences of the mind, then you will be naturally liberated from the bondage of meditation. Second, the instruction on additional meaning is: By meditating in this way, various dream experiences will arise, and one should not have any acceptance, rejection, negation, affirmation, joy, or sorrow towards these, but should merely recognize them as mind. If there is a dream at that time, then connect from there with intention, so that tonight you can recognize the dream.
