, focus slightly on the process of returning upwards from the jewel to the crown of the head, which also does not cease. The red and white rays of bodhicitta pervade one's own body and all appearances, becoming its essence. All of these gather in the center like a mirror, dissolving into the state of light that is without beginning or end. In this state, abide for a long time without fabrication. Then, again, like a fish leaping from the water, the deity's form is clear and empty, the seed syllable, pervaded by the rays of bodhicitta, rises as before. Abide slightly in the appearance of the union of Heruka. This is the practice of the post-meditation based on tummo, the fifth object of focus. These two are the aspect of the path of the secret stage of fruition. These last two objects of focus do not require the object of focus of burning and dripping through the path of tasting. If a beginner meditates on these objects of focus, all of these will become the objects of focus of the stages of the tantra. However, the last three stages become the aspect of the path and the practice of aspiration, and individual and corresponding realizations will also arise. Therefore, because by relying on this, tummo itself completes all four stages of the path, it is called Tummo Path Completion, and some also call it Tummo Path Ripening. If the meaning of the word tummo is broadened, then it is the general term for the completion stage. If the meaning of the word is narrowed, and the general name is established on the specific, then it refers to the inner non-object of focus. And the main one among these is the fourth wheel, because it is clearer and more extensive than guarding vows, Vajra Yogini, and union of bindus. Again, if this is practiced as an extensive abandonment meditation, then the three channels and five chakras, the five syllables and the petals of the channels, the syllables of tasting, etc., the eight categories are the total, and learning the coming and going of the winds, these are the twenty-three first objects of focus. The syllable ཀྵ་(藏文,梵文天城体,kṣa,梵文罗马拟音,kṣa,地) burns and goes out and in on the path of tasting, one for each of the four wheels. Similarly, on the burning and dripping of the central channel, eight, these are seventeen for the second. The third is four descending upwards. The fourth is sixteen fixed downwards, burning dripping fixed downwards, rays radiating dissolving, light rising as the deity.

That is seven. The total is sixty-nine. This is the practice of entering into practical instruction. In general, although there is no fixed rule for the stages of meditation on calming and insight, as it depends on the individual's intellect, the tradition of the previous great masters is extensive in this way. The condensed practice is that each of these four objects of meditation is one round of meditation. Second, the limbs of meditation are considered to be twelve key points of secret instructions. That is, three key points of the secret instruction on wind, three key points of the secret instruction on non-conceptuality, three key points of the secret instruction on bindu, and three key points of the secret instruction on tummo. The first has three parts. First, learning the fierce one: In accordance with the three main channels, there is a red A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) below the navel. Forcefully press the upper wind, and forcefully draw the lower wind three times. Stare fiercely and hold it in the navel. The A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) is like blowing on a coal fire, and focus on the thought that the red is burning slightly. Measure with a small breath three times. If pain occurs in the upper body, think of it as clearing obstacles. Relax a little, and the flame goes into the central channel, and meditate on the central channel trembling. This will slightly calm the fierce wind. Second, learning the peaceful one: Hold the gentle wind slightly. There is a red Am (藏文:ཨཾ,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:昂) in the navel. There is a black Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in the center of the head, level with the tip of the nose. There is a white Ham (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:杭) on the crown of the head. When the wind goes out, it touches Ham When it comes in, it touches Hum When it is held in the navel, it touches Am (藏文:ཨཾ,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:昂), and think that each syllable makes its own sound, like beating a drum. Sometimes, focus on the inside of the nostrils, which is like an empty eggshell, filled with wind like smoke. This will make the wind comfortable. Third, learning to fill and exit: One's own body is like a hollow, bottomless vessel. When the wind goes out, think that all the wind from below rises from the mouth of the vessel and disappears into the sky. When filling in, think that all the wind from above enters the body, falls downwards, and disappears below. Alternate between exhaling and inhaling. Look up at the sky. Sometimes it is also done in a state of non-conceptuality. This eliminates all wind obstacles and dullness and agitation, and generates many temporary qualities such as lightness. Second, there are also three ways to meditate on non-conceptuality. First, relying on conceptuality, one distinguishes.
