Meditating on Non-Thought: Within the white nadi, focus intently on a white bindu rolling up and down. Then, in a relaxed manner, let awareness loosen naturally. Meditate repeatedly, and before long, non-conceptual samadhi will arise, or the unborn state will naturally occur. Second, Expelling Thoughts: Without deliberately focusing on thoughts, recognize all thoughts that arise. Observe how many thoughts have arisen in the past, how many are arising now, and how many will arise in the future. By repeatedly observing where thoughts arise from, the thoughts will gradually exhaust themselves and naturally transform into non-thought. Third, Forcibly Meditating on Non-Thought: Focus the mind on any appearing object, such as a tree or a stone. Sometimes tighten, sometimes loosen. Most of the time, neither tighten nor loosen, but remain focused. If conceptual thoughts arise, know that these thoughts are illusions. In all these meditations, it is important to be aware of whatever appears in the gaps between sessions and to relax. Third, the key points of the Bindu Instructions also have three aspects: First, learning the color: Assume the lotus position. Visualize the moon and the syllable Hum at the tip of the nose in the secret place. Above the crown chakra, visualize a wind mandala. Above that, visualize a mercury-like bindu. By holding the breath, the light of the Hum stirs the wind, and the bindu descends from the crown chakra along the central channel. Focus on the shimmering light point in the central channel. Second, learning the shape: In the heart, visualize a sun and moon gau box, within which is a red, single-pointed vajra. At its center or base, visualize a white bindu. When exhaling, the bindu exits through the moon's aperture. When inhaling, the bindu enters through the same aperture. When holding, visualize the bindu dissolving into it. Third, learning to project and retract: In the center of the sun and moon gau box in the heart, visualize a white bindu the size of a pea. Visualize it moving upward from the moon's aperture at the crown, exiting from the Brahma aperture, and reaching the realm of Brahma. Then, visualize it returning, entering through the previous path from the crown, and reaching the sun and moon gau box in the heart. Similarly, apply it to the nine apertures and all ten directions. Fourth, the key points of the Tummo instructions have three aspects: preliminaries, main practice, and supplementary instructions. The first is protection.

I and others Accumulate merit. There are three types of physical exercises. The first is to visualize a reddish vajra on the moon in one's heart. By exhaling, countless vajras emanate from the vajra in the heart, coming out through the pores. Just as the entire sky is filled with a sandstorm, it is filled with vajras. Visualize these vajras existing outside, above, below, and in all directions, in the form of dust particles. Visualize half of these vajras transforming into a vajra ground and tent. Hold your breath slightly. When inhaling, visualize half of the vajra dust particles in the sky entering the body through the nostrils. After inhaling, the entire inside and outside of the body, from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, is filled with a vajra net without any gaps. Meditate on this repeatedly. There is also the practice of meditating on the Heruka (Tibetan: ཧེ་རུ་ཀ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हेरुक,Sanskrit Romanization: Heruka, Literal Chinese meaning: Heruka) Co-emergent Wrathful Deity instead of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). The second is to visualize in one's heart the essence as the Guru and the form as the Co-emergent Chakrasamvara. Generate devotion and longing for it. When exhaling, it emerges far away from one's nostrils and resides on a crossed vajra in the sky slightly above the crown of the head. When entering, it enters through the nostrils and comes to the heart. During breath-holding and inhalation, make mental offerings, as well as devotion and prayers. The third is to arrange the body posture in the seven-point posture of Vairochana. Perform a strong wind-element combination once. After that, Press down the upper wind. With the lower wind bound in its place, perform the method of rubbing and flicking the hands, and alternately shake and rub the feet. Twist and stir the torso left and right. Rotate and throw the head in four directions. Rotate, contract, and extend the abdomen. Release the wind from the mouth with sound. Like this, do as much physical exercise as possible. These are just briefly explained here because the oral instructions are scattered. These three preliminaries can be placed as preliminaries before the extensive explanation of tummo above, or it is very good to practice them at the beginning. Second, the main practice has three parts. The tummo of the mind mainly transforms the mind into bliss and emptiness. Arrange the body posture in the six-fireplace posture, focusing on the red and black "kṣa" (Tibetan: ཀྵ,Sanskrit Devanagari: क्ष,Sanskrit Romanization: kṣa, Literal Chinese meaning: kṣa) at the navel, and by forcefully restraining the wind, red flames emanate from the navel.
