And the meaning is indicated by the symbol of dissolving on the left. When the burning reaches the crown of the head, the letter (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) melts slightly, but from the very beginning it does not drip into the central channel, but lets the fire of Tummo reach the eyebrow interval. The eyebrow interval opens the door of the key point, and gradually spreads to all the channels, bindus, aggregates, realms, and sources of the body, and being burned by it, the energy and strength of the body will first weaken. From then on, there will be various experiences of damage and suffering, but from here on there will be none. After that, the energy of the aggregates and realms will increase even more, and the essence of all the channels and bindus will gather in the Brahmahole, enter from the upper end of the central channel, and when it merges with the channel letter at the crown of the head, it will be filled with various forms of divine bodies. From that time on, the Bodhicitta arising from the letter (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) completely melts, passes through the path of the central channel, and produces happiness in the throat and heart, obtaining the drop of nectar that falls on the navel chakra (Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), this supreme union, and constantly abides in it. After first obtaining the burning and dripping of the single fire, it is in accordance with the various states of Tummo burning, and the burning and dripping from the single fire to the Bodhicitta burning in the navel chakra is constantly present in every session and all sessions, and from now on there will only be the burning and dripping of the central channel. That is also what is called running in the Tathagatagarbha, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions enter from the left nostril, which is a symbol of the fire of Tummo pervading all the channels, bindus, aggregates, and realms of one's own body. Burning the four chakras such as the crown of the head of those Buddhas symbolizes the weakening of the power of the decaying essence. The melting of the Bodhicitta of those Buddhas is from the channel previously indicated and spoken of, that is, invited from the left nostril, symbolizing the increase and melting of the essence of the channels, bindus, aggregates, and realms. The invited Bodhicitta enters from the Brahmahole, symbolizing that the essence gathers at the crown of the head, up to filling the Great Bliss Wheel. Burning the letters of the Buddhas and so on, nourishing them again and generating joy, symbolizes that the heart chakra and throat chakra are filled with the flow of bindus, pervaded by melting bliss. As before.

The meaning of "i" is like obtaining the union of bindus from the blazing of the solitary ro previously. Similarly, in this instance, it also means "o," that is, obtaining the union of bindus from the blazing of the central channel. Those who say that the blazing of the solitary ro is not appropriate, refer to it as the bindu itself. Thus, the meaning of "bindu" and "as before" in "it remains as before" is lost. "Remains" means it remains constantly. From then on, in all instances of practicing samadhi and post-meditation, one will remain in that blazing. Some assert that all these signs, such as the blazing of tummo going out from the right nostril, actually occur in the blazing appearance, so these themselves are the stages of the path. Without investigation, it is possible that they may occur in the manner of experience, but it is not definite that it is only that, as it occurs in limitless appearances. If a clear appearance of only that arises for some, it is merely a clear appearance from being accustomed to the meditation that makes the form the path, and it is not established as the stages of the path. When one's own skandhas, dhatus, and ayatanas are pervaded by the fire of tummo, and at the time when bodhicitta melts, it is the nature of reality that all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, without exception, will actually bestow their blessings. Thus, this extremely blazing tummo is, in essence, the wisdom of emptiness that possesses all supreme qualities, abiding in the nature of bliss. Although it relies on all the channels, pranas, and subtle elements of the body, it mainly relies on the vajravarahi of the navel chakra. Although it has been present from the beginning, without the aforementioned stages of the path preceding it, it is not seen like a treasure beneath the earth, and the desired purpose is not accomplished. From whatever mantra sequence arises in that way beforehand, constantly without interruption, and from this appearance of wisdom, all the qualities of the path are obtained, all impure appearances dissolve into this, and all dhatus and bindus merge into this essence, thereby going to unchanging bliss. That is called the lineage mother. As it says in the sixteenth chapter of the root tantra, the yogini of the seven lineages is also taught. From the blazing Hum (ཧཾ,हं,haṃ,吽) syllable at the crown of the head, white arises from the ushnisha, and red arises from the forehead.
