After that, earth is Vairochana, water is Akshobhya, fire is Amitabha, wind is Amoghasiddhi, and space is Ratnasambhava. This is what is said in Hevajra and others, that stinginess in space turns into Vajra. Such is the purification. According to the explicit teachings of the Compendium of Sources and the Vajra Garland, earth is Ratnasambhava, and space is Vairochana. According to the power of the five elements of wisdom, earth is Locanā, water is Māmakī, fire is Pāṇḍaravāsinī, wind is Tārā, and space is the family of Vajradhātvīśvarī. Similarly, life-sustaining is Akshobhya, downward-moving is Ratnasambhava, upward-moving is Amitabha, fire-equalizing is Amoghasiddhi, pervasive is Vairochana Naga, which is the moving ignorance Vajra. Turtle is the transforming anger Vajra. Roach is the truly transforming jealousy Vajra. Deva-given is the extremely transforming desire Vajra. Wealth God Victory is the definitely transforming stinginess Vajra family. If we elaborate on this, the winds that cause the appearance of the perceived object are the purity of the goddesses, and those that generate the consciousness of the perceiver are combined with the purity of the fathers. Thus, the five, such as the Nagas, are the former, and the five, such as the moving ones, are the latter, and it is evident that they are attributed to the aspect of meaning. Based on these, moving through the nine gates, one also attains the family of the gate-keeper mothers in meaning. The fifth activity is the activity of the five elements residing in the body's assembly. Whatever there is, that is the activity of the five winds of that nature. The Compendium of Sources says: 'Fire makes all deaths pure, wind makes all wealth perish, the Great Powerful one changes the kingdom, water makes all meanings truly arise.' Those who are slightly accustomed to yoga can control with fire, kill and hate with wind, increase and suppress with the Great Powerful one, pacify and protect with water, and both kill and nourish with space. Likewise, one is unimpeded on earth, does not act on water, is not burned by fire, others cannot move oneself, oneself can nourish other containers and contents, and there is no fear of cliffs and so on. Likewise, one is powerful, free from disease, glory increases, one goes in an instant, and one also becomes unimpeded and invisible, and so on.

Those and so on, if they are able to do so, will produce limitless merits. Among the winds of transformation, the life-sustaining wind maintains life and performs the function of moving through the upper gates such as the nostrils. The downward-clearing wind also performs the function of controlling the expulsion of feces, urine, and semen, as well as being a companion to the previous one. The fire-equalizing wind digests food and separates the essence from the waste, and causes the essence to pervade the body. The upward-moving wind performs the functions of eating, vomiting, speaking, and so on. The pervasive wind causes the other winds to pervade the body, and also generates diseases from the power of the elements increasing and decreasing. The dragon wind causes hiccups, the turtle wind causes the limbs to stretch and contract, the crab wind causes the mind to be angry and confused, the deva-giving wind causes yawning, and the wealth-victorious wind prevents the wind and body from separating, residing in the internal organs, and causing diseases to increase and decrease through those organs. Those five reside in the senses such as the eyes, and generate sense consciousness and conceptual thoughts, and if those are well bound, dualistic appearance will cease, and correct wisdom will arise, and so on. In short, all external appearances of the vessel and essence world are appearances from the actions of the internal self-body channels, winds, and bindus, and all actions of the body's birth, death, abiding, protection, and so on are done by the wind. Therefore, from the five stages, it is said that the life of sentient beings is the wind, and the wind does all actions. That is what is said. The sixth is the manner of movement: In the Glorious Compendium of Origins, it is said: The rays of light that emerge from the right, move in the mandala of fire, and are similar to the jasmine flower, and the deity there is Amitabha The rays of light that emerge from the left, are always in the mandala of wind, and are similar to the color of a blue lotus, and the deity there is Amoghasiddhi The rays of light that emerge from both, are similar to the light of gold, and the wind moves in the mandala of the Great自在, and all life produces jewels. The one that moves slowly from below, is similar to the white Kunda flower and the moon, and moves in the mandala of water, the Great Light Vajrapani For all actions is the following wind, which causes all minds to enter, in the nature of Vairochana, that great wind is very famous. Thus it is said. In the Intentional Prophecy, it is said: White clothes and so on are compared to the moon, two hundred.
