The two root lotuses are the great wheel of bliss. (This sentence, etc.) are extensively explained. At this time, the earth and so on, by their very nature abiding in great bliss, do not generate samsara, and are of equal taste in great bliss. Furthermore, these four wheels are condensed into two letters: the navel chakra is indicated by the symbol "E" (藏文,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:诶), and the crown chakra is shown to be the wheel of wisdom; the heart and throat chakras are the wheels of method, indicated by the symbol "VAM" (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:旺). Among these, the heart chakra's "VAM" (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:旺) and the navel chakra's "E" (藏文,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:诶) are combined as method and wisdom, and the throat chakra's "VAM" (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:旺) and the crown chakra are combined as method and wisdom. Thus, in the "Union Sutra" it says: "The navel and crown chakras are the place of abode, the letter 'E' (藏文,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:诶) abides purely. The heart and throat chakras abide well, and are considered to be like the form of the letter 'VAM' (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:旺)." Furthermore, the right and left nadis are also indicated by this method and wisdom: the right nadi is the nature of wisdom, and the left nadi of method also abides purely. So it is said. For these four wheels, naming their individual characteristics in their own right is because they are the basis for the initial formation of the body, the place of various appearances, the cause of increasing bliss, and the place where the fire of tummo manifests and unfolds, therefore the navel chakra is the emanation wheel; because it is the place where the appearances of phenomena that grasp the individual characteristics of objects and senses, etc., are generated, the heart chakra is the dharma wheel; because it is the place where the six tastes are enjoyed, and for the various appearances of grasping and being grasped, it is the basis for speaking and enjoying in many ways with names, words, and expressions, the throat chakra is the enjoyment wheel; because it is the essence of the thirty-two nadis, the thirty-two bodhicittas, and the place that increases for the purpose of generating bliss, the crown chakra is called the great bliss wheel. In these four wheels, whether it is during the time of the basic cycle or during the time of practicing the path, all the actions that are performed are traveling back and forth on the path of the three nadis: right, left, and central. During the time of samsara, the right and left nadis are the main paths, that is, the right nadi on the left and the left nadi on the right, by the power of the mandala of letters residing on them.
