Not connected. This residing wind is the mind's recitation residing within the bodies of all beings, uniting with the central channel. It abides thus during the time of the basis of cyclic existence, but when practicing the path, the two side channels are also controlled by the central channel. The doors of the three channels arise from three aspects, through the distinctions of body, speech, and mind. However, most commentators on this text explain it by distinguishing nine doors of the body, four doors of speech, and two doors of mind. While this may seem acceptable when explaining this text alone, it is not good because it leads to the fault of repetition when explaining other texts. This is to show the benefit that when coemergent wisdom arises, all winds transform into vajra recitation. The wisdom abiding in the navel, the form or appearance of the short A (Tibetan: ཨ་ཐུང་,Devanagari: अ थुं,IAST: a thung,Literal meaning: short A), is very famous as it is of one measure. The letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari: हुं,IAST: hūṃ,Literal meaning: Hūṃ) in the center of the heart chakra is a combination of Ha (Tibetan: ཧ,Devanagari: ह,IAST: ha,Literal meaning: Ha) and U (Tibetan: ཨུ,Devanagari: उ,IAST: u,Literal meaning: U), and is long, so its measure is two. The form of Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ,Devanagari: ओ,IAST: oṃ,Literal meaning: Oṃ) abiding in the throat chakra is a combination of A (Tibetan: ཨ,Devanagari: अ,IAST: a,Literal meaning: A), U (Tibetan: ཨུ,Devanagari: उ,IAST: u,Literal meaning: U), and Ma (Tibetan: མ,Devanagari: म,IAST: ma,Literal meaning: Ma), and is very long, possessing a pluta, so its measure is three. The letter called Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ,Devanagari: हं,IAST: haṃ,Literal meaning: Haṃ) on the forehead is a bindu with a circle on top, an indestructible point (nadabindu), that is, a crescent moon, the letter Ha, Na, and Da, these four mixed together, so it is extremely long, its measure is four. Here, sound and bindu are indestructible. Thus, it should be explained. Also, at the time of the basis, the wind in the navel, possessing the nature of sound, rises upwards, becoming long in the heart, very long in the throat, and extremely long in the forehead, that is, the crown chakra. Combining all of these, various verbal expressions arise. If focusing on the bindu, the crown has four parts, the throat has three parts, the heart has two parts, and the navel has one part. At the time of the basis, it is like the state of the white element being dried near the fire of tummo. If that is made into the path, they help each other and grow. Similarly, from the individual distinctions of the four chakras, the bindus of the four great elements, such as earth, and blessing in four time periods, that is, the winds of the four elements that always arise, and the four moments, and the four joys, and the four yogas, will arise. That also at the navel

In the middle is earth, in the heart is water, in the throat is fire, and in the crown is wind, which means that the bindus of the elements reside, and the winds flow. In four periods, sixty-four "dbyu gu" lengths emanate from the navel, Eight "thun tshad" lengths emanate from the heart, sixteen "'pho ba" lengths emanate from the throat, and thirty-two hours of wind emanate from the crown. Similarly, four moments arise, namely, the moment of various appearances arising in the navel, the moment of ripening in the heart, the moment of pervading in the throat, and the moment of being devoid of characteristics in the crown. The four joys are: joy in the navel, supreme joy in the heart, joy beyond joy in the throat, and innate joy in the crown. That is to say, the ultimate nature of mind is bliss, and the conventional characteristic is also bliss, which is the nature of the four joys, residing in the four chakras in a manner or form. The navel is yoga, the heart is subsequent yoga, the throat is exceedingly yoga, and the crown is great yoga. "Manifest" means to be liberated from other changes, and it can also be said that the four unions of the four chakras manifest or are practiced. Taking the supreme of joy as the essence or characteristic of the innate is the merit of the fruit, and the things that act as the path and the ground are mixed together. For example, the wisdom nature of the glorious Vajrasattva bliss-emptiness union, how effortlessly it enjoys bliss. The channels and the four chakras, the four sets of dharmas enter in the manner of nature, therefore, when practicing the path, being the same as nature, obtaining these completely pure wisdoms, this clearly shows the secret sequence fruit and conduct. The channels, like the four directions of the spring king, the four petals of the heart lotus also reside separately, are the channels of the four elements, like a lamp, with an extremely bright nature. That is, in the east, "Sumskorma" water-wind flows, in the north, the wind of "'Dodma Rlung" flows, in the west, "Khyimma Me Rlung" fire-wind flows, and in the south, "Gtummo Sa Rlung" earth-wind flows. If the four channels residing in the corners are briefly summarized, then the four channels of the corners are included in the four directions. The reason why they can be summarized into these is because in some cases, such as the thirty-two channels
