The reversal of the four elements and Mount Meru is the purification of the state in which the subtle particles of the five elements pervade the empty space. Among them, the extremely subtle particles of space depend on the slightly coarser particles of wind. The wind particles depend on the fire particles, the fire particles depend on the water particles, and the water particles depend on the even coarser earth particles. In short, the five elements exist in a manner that they cannot be separated in any direction. Here, Mount Meru represents the particles of the space element. Among them, the Dharma Realm is space itself. Here, it is necessary to distinguish the difference between combining with the particles of the space element. Among them, the space element is the helper for the arising of all phenomena, therefore it appears as an aggregation of four colors. Because stinginess arises from not separating the enjoyer of bliss, the bindu of the nature of bliss and stinginess are the nature of the arising of precious jewels, which is yellow. Furthermore, form, sound, smell, taste, and touch are the five derived particles; earth, water, fire, wind, and space are the five elemental particles. Among them, the sound particle and the space particle are not different in terms of essence. The remaining eight particles, to symbolize arising from space and dissolving into space, the Mount Meru with the nature of space has eight peaks. In other treatises, it is said that the sound particle is impermanent, but in this mantra vehicle, it must be considered permanent. The so-called eight peaks are the eight peaks of the mountain. The four great Mount Merus merge into one, that is, when the formation kalpa descends, the wind blows, stirring the previous particles, the wind element each to one side, the fire element also each to one side, etc., similar types gather, harmoniously and consistently, purify this state. Meditating on the four elements arising in order, Mount Meru, etc., is the purification of the four great mandalas in the world realm, Mount Meru, etc., nine mountains, eight seas, twelve continents, and various other appearances. In addition, for the four mandalas, one can visualize the outer shape from a crescent shape to a square shape, or visualize all of them as round, with the central symbol from a crescent shape to a square shape, as symbols of each, which is also not impossible. In short, the edge of the wind mandala has black rays like smoke.

Surrounded by garlands, the edge of the fire center is surrounded by burning flames, the edge of the water center is covered with white light, and the edge of the earth center's golden nature is surrounded by yellow light. These are in accordance with the measurement of the three mandalas, and there is also a saying that the height of the fire is three thousand three hundred and fifty. The upper three elements have the same area, and all are round in shape. Otherwise, the surrounding measurements of the three elements would also become different from what is manifested. However, when a beginner meditates, it is not necessary to determine the measurement, but to do it as comfortably as possible. Above that, focus on meditating only on Mount Meru, without meditating on other mountains, continents, or oceans. Mount Meru is also only meditating on the form above the waterline, so the center is like a square grid, and the lower half is divided into four parts, with each edge rising like a step. Each lower layer is half the size of the upper layer, and the colors of the steps are the same as Mount Meru itself. The top of Mount Meru is square, with a peak at each of the four corners. Also, facing its side, in the center of the surface below, like a square platform with four corners of equal area, there is a peak at each of the four corners. On the central base of the top of Mount Meru is a yellow dot, symbolizing the lower base of the heavenly city. Above that, meditating on the palace is to purify one's own realm of enjoyment related to this life, such as places, houses, and utensils. Meditating on the seat of the deity is to purify the very place where one will be reborn. The place where one lives by engaging in various actions and activities is purified by the wheel of commitment: the cemetery is suffering, the courtyard is the intermediate state, and the palace is the place of bliss and enjoyment. The place where one mainly engages in activities of action is the wheel of the body. The place where one mainly engages in speech is the wheel of speech. The place where one mainly engages in thoughts is the mind.
