Also, all the vows, grant them to me! To the one who gathers all the Vajra families, May the great master lead me in! The empowerment of non-retrogression, grant me great fortune! Sealed well with all the names, and perfectly endowed with all the marks. The body of the Buddha is pleasing, grant me, great protector! The empowerment is exceedingly marvelous, for the sake of benefiting all sentient beings, I shall always be a master. Thus, three times. This is the method of Jaya Sya Na. Pray with these words. Rather than patching up fragments, primarily grant me the vows! Thus, and so on, it would be excellent if one could complete the contents that come from the tantras. I, who am called by this name, fully take hold of the bodhicitta, entering this secret mandala, please grant the samaya vows! Three times. Great secret ones of pure lineage, do you wish to fully uphold the secret? Do you great beings desire it? Answer "I desire it" and recite this. Thus, the prayer and these, as well as the methods of the two mandalas, I thought there was not much conflict, so I recorded them here. In general, it would be very reliable to practice according to the qualified tantric texts. Then, proclaim the vows: The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, take refuge in the Three Jewels. This is the pleasing Buddha family, it is a stable vow. The vajra, bell, and mudra, you, the master, should hold. Whatever is bodhicitta is the vajra, wisdom is proclaimed as the bell. Thrice at night, Fearless of possessions, Dharma, and love, Always give the four kinds of generosity. The three vehicles, outer and secret, Hold all the sacred Dharma without exception. This is the pure lineage of the Lotus, The pleasing vow. In the great and supreme lineage of action, Those who possess all vows Should be truly upheld. Also, do as much as possible in the work of offering. Furthermore, the fourteen Have been well explained by the Buddhas. They should not be abandoned or discarded, They are said to be the root downfalls. Three times day and night, Each day should be practiced. When the yogi has degenerated, He becomes a great offender. You should not kill living beings. You should not take what is not given. You should not engage in sexual misconduct, And you should not lie. The root of all ruin, Wine should be completely abandoned. Except for the sake of sentient beings, All actions that are not proper should be abandoned. You should rely on the holy ones, And honor the yogis. The three actions of body, The four aspects of speech, And the three aspects of mind, Should be protected as much as possible. You should not desire the inferior vehicle. You should not turn your back on the benefit of sentient beings. You should not abandon the cycle of existence. You should not always be attached to nirvana. The secret gods and demigods, You should not despise them. You should not display the mudras, vehicles, weapons, And marks. These are said to be the vows, You should always protect them. The extensive vows that are in accordance, Are well explained in the secret tantras. Thus, the vows are proclaimed. Teacher, listen to me here. As the Lord has commanded, I will do accordingly. Just as the protectors of the three times Lead to the state of nirvana. Take the vows three times. In your own heart, on top of the circle of the moon, the nature of conventional bodhicitta. The nature of ultimate bodhicitta, a white five-pronged vajra, bodhicitta is the inseparability of conventional and ultimate. om vajra yoga citta utpādayāmi.
