Light radiates from the syllable Hūṃ. The vajra ground, fence, net, canopy, arrow net. The outer surroundings transform into a protective wheel blazing with the fire of wisdom. Oṃ medhini vajri bhava vajra bandha hūṃ. Oṃ vajra prakara hūṃ paṃ hūṃ. Oṃ vajra pañcara hūṃ yaṃ hūṃ hūṃ. Oṃ vajra vitana hūṃ khaṃ hūṃ. Oṃ vajra sara-raja latraṃ saṃ traṃ. Oṃ vajra jvala analarka hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ. In the center of the protective wheel, at the heart of various vajras, from Bhrūṃ, light radiates and gathers, completely transforming into a palace made of various jewels. Square, with four doors, possessing five layers of walls, with eaves, semi-nets, parapets, battlements, and victory banners. All characteristics are fully complete. Above the four doors are platforms supported by pillars, adorned with four cloths. Inside, there are eight pillars, with a central, bulging roof. The inner deity cloths are white in the east, green in the north, red in the west, and yellow in the south. In the corners, there are eight vases. In the center, on the heart of an eight-petaled lotus, is a sun mandala seat. The four directional petals and the eight door corners are adorned with seats of hides. Outside the palace, there are all arrangements for offerings, and surrounding the lotus petals is a protective wheel. Outside the protective wheel are eight great charnel grounds, filled with the protectors of the directions, protectors of the fields, trees, fire, clouds, water, mountains, stupas, and accomplished heroes and yoginis. On the central seat, in a clockwise direction, are the vowels from A to Aḥ. From the melting of the two shoulders comes the moon mandala. Above that, in a counterclockwise direction, are the consonants from Ka to Ha Ksha Ya Ra La Va Da Dha. From the melting of the two shoulders comes the sun mandala. Between these two mandalas is a blue Hūṃ. From that, light radiates, offerings are made to the noble ones, the welfare of sentient beings is accomplished, and it is drawn back. All of that merges into one, completely transforming into the fully complete thirteen deities, namely: On the central seat is Chakrasamvara, with a blue body, four faces, and twelve arms. The main face is blue, the left is green, the back is red, and the right is yellow, with changeable faces.

Having three eyes and gnashing teeth. The first two hands hold a vajra and a bell, embracing the consort. The next two hands hold the elephant skin stretched out. The third right hand holds a damaru, the fourth an axe, the fifth a curved knife, and the sixth a trident. The third left hand holds a khatvanga, the fourth a skull cup filled with blood, the fifth a vajra lasso, and the sixth holds the four-faced head of Brahma. The right leg is extended, stepping on Time, and the left leg is bent, stepping on Bhairava. With hair standing on end, adorned with various vajras, a crescent moon, jewels, and five dry skulls, possessing six seals and a garland of heads, a tiger skin loincloth is loosened, possessing nine dance postures. The consort, Vajravarahi, is red in color, with one face, two arms, and three eyes. The left hand holds a skull cup of blood and a khatvanga, embracing the father, and the right hand raises a vajra with a threatening gesture. Both legs are entwined around the father. Hair is unbound, adorned with five seals, wearing a necklace of dry skulls, delighting in blood and dripping with blood. Both are situated in the center of a fire like the fire at the end of an eon. On the eastern petal is the dakini Black Mother, in the north is Green Tara, in the west is Red Headless Mother, and in the south is Yellow Embodied Mother. In the four intermediate directions, on top of vases filled with bodhicitta, are four skull cups filled with nectar. At the east gate is Crow-faced Mother, black; at the north gate is Owl-faced Mother, green; at the west gate is Dog-faced Mother, red; and at the south gate is Pig-faced Mother, yellow. All of them are in wrathful form, with one face, four arms, and three eyes. The two right hands hold a curved knife and a damaru, and the two left hands hold a skull cup and a khatvanga. Naked, adorned with five seals, with hair unbound, wearing a vajra garland on the head and a necklace of human heads, standing on a corpse seat in a left-extended posture, bestowing all accomplishments.
