Starting from the middle of winter, protect each month, and abide in the wheel of non-duality and non-duality. On the tenth day, it is best to offer it. Anything such as wine and meat is acceptable. All the hosts of the hero yoginis abide in the embrace of non-duality. Gloriously worship Heruka. Do not desire the lower vehicle, nor turn your back on sentient beings, nor abandon samsara, nor Nirvana.
