With the head facing upwards, the face is deep blue, fully opened, looking up at the sky. The first of the right hands holds a vajra hammer, the second holds a wheel, and the third holds a white baton. The first of the left hands holds a lotus, the second holds a jewel, and the third holds a sword. Adorned with a crown of dry skulls, a necklace of wet heads, and fierce snakes coiled around the body as ornaments, wearing a tiger skin loincloth. Each face has three red, round eyes, the tongue is curled, the teeth are clenched, and the beard, eyebrows, and hair are reddish-yellow, standing upright. Trampling upon a black buffalo subdued by Brahma, Indra, Upendra, and the powerful Mara, the buffalo is proud and angry. The three feet on the right are bent, and the three feet on the left are extended, sitting in this posture. Embracing him is the consort, the Bhagavati Yamari, identical to the Bhagavan, except that the first two hands and the first two feet embrace her father. At one's own heart, at the center of the vajra, is Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ,hūṃ,吽,seed syllable). From there, light radiates. Bhagavan Yamari Vajrasamājaḥ (བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ,vajrasamājaḥ,金刚萨玛扎,Vajrasamaja). Oṃ Hrīḥ Ha Bho Nas (ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱི་ཧ་བྷོ་ནས།,oṃ hrīḥ ha bho nas,嗡 赫利 哈 玻 纳 斯,). Kuru Svāhā (ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱཧཱ།,kuru svāhā,咕噜 梭哈,Accomplishment). Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ (ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ,jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ,扎 吽 邦 霍,). On one's own forehead is Oṃ (ཨོཾ,oṃ,唵,). At the throat is Āḥ (ཨཱཿ,āḥ,阿,). At the heart is Hūṃ (ཧཱུཾ,hūṃ,吽,). From one's own heart, light radiates, summoning the eight directional protectors, Yamas. Seated on the eight directional seats are: In the east is Yavati, holding an iron hook and a sword; in the south is the Dharma King, holding a ledger and a vajra; in the west is black Telpa, holding a razor and a skull cup filled with blood; in the north is the one with a bull's head, holding an iron hook and a snare of intestines; in the northeast is the one with nine matted locks, holding a wheel of fire and a wooden staff; in the southeast is red-eyed Yama, holding a sword and pure water; in the southwest is a trident and a vase; in the northwest is smoke, holding an iron chain and a skull cup filled with blood. All of them are dark blue-black in color, holding the attire of fierce messengers. Oṃ Yamarāja Āgacchāya Hūṃ Jaḥ (ཨོཾ་ཡ་མ་རཱ་ཛ་ཨཱ་གཙྪ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་ཛཿ,oṃ yamarāja āgacchāya hūṃ jaḥ,嗡 阎魔王 来 吽 扎,) recite this many times. At the tip of the light radiating from one's own pores, touch the vajra kīlas, and merely by touching the directional protectors, the Yamas, they merge into one, and all are transformed into the deity assembly of Yamari.

Om Phat! Recite eight times. To the east is the Yamantaka of delusion, white, holding a wheel. To the south is the Yamantaka of miserliness, yellow, holding a jewel. To the west is the Yamantaka of desire, red, holding a lotus. To the north is the Yamantaka of jealousy, green, holding a crossed vajra. To the northeast is the sword Yamantaka, green. To the southeast is the mallet Yamantaka, black. To the southwest is the staff Yamantaka, white or yellow. To the northwest is the lotus Yamantaka, red. These four hold their respective emblems in their right hands. All have one face and two arms, with the left leg extended. The right hand raises their respective emblems, while the left hand holds a serpent lasso with a threatening gesture, intimidating and binding all malicious beings. Like the main deity, they are fully adorned with wrathful attire. The guardians of the directions reside above those they have subdued, with their left legs extended. From the heart of the self, Yama Dharmaraja, rays of light emanate. All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions are invited for the sake of the wisdom beings by reciting three times "Om Vajra Samaja (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ,梵文天城体:ओँ वज्रसमा जः,梵文罗马拟音:om vajra sama jah,汉语字面意思:Om, Vajra, Assemble)" from "Om Hrih Ha Bho (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཧ་བྷོ་,梵文天城体:ओँ ह्रीः ह भो,梵文罗马拟音:om hrih ha bho,汉语字面意思:Om, Hrih, Ha, Bho)" to "Medhi Mana Kuru Kuru Svaha". Offerings are made from Argham to Shapta. All of these enter the mouth of the main deity and dissolve into the mind of enlightenment in the heart. From the vajra path, they spread to the lotus of wisdom and ultimately transform into the form of the eight great Kilaayas. Emanating outward from the space within, they dissolve into the assembly of deities in the spokes. Om, Vajra, Hook, Jah)" and so on, and "Jah Hum Bam Hoh Jah, Hum, Bam, Hoh)" many times. Here, it is contemplated that the wisdom beings above dissolve from the crowns of the heads of their respective commitment beings, which is done for the meaning of the extensive teachings. Again, rays of light emanate from one's own heart, and the five families of empowerment deities along with their retinues are invited with Vajra Samaja (藏文:བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཛཿ,梵文天城体:वज्रसमा जः,梵文罗马拟音:vajra sama jah,汉语字面意思:Vajra, Assemble) and Om Pancha Kula Saparivara Bhyah (藏文:ཨོཾ་པཉྩ་ཀུ་ལ་ས་པཱ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་བྷྱཿ,梵文天城体:ओँ पञ्चकुल सपरिवार भ्यः,梵文罗马拟音:om panchakula saparivara bhyah,汉语字面意思:Om, Five Families, With Retinue). Offerings are made from Argham to Shapta. Pray with "Om Abhisinchatu Mam Sarva Tathagata", and then "Om Sarva Tathagata Abhishekata Samaya Shriye Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲི་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:ओँ सर्वतथागत अभिषे कत समय श्रीये हुं,梵文罗马拟音:om sarvatathagata abhishe kata samaya shriye hum,汉语字面意思:Om, All Tathagatas, Empowerment, Samaya, Glory, Hum)" is used to bestow empowerment from the crown of the head with the water of the vase. The body is filled, and the remaining water, purified of impurities, overflows upwards. The main deity becomes Akshobhya, and the retinue are adorned with the two-armed Yama Dharmaraja on their heads. If there are actually arranged offerings, they are blessed at this time. Om Hrih.
