Of the two, actual transference and incidental entering a corpse, the first has the transference of the three kayas: the best is the transference of clear light, the intermediate is the transference of the illusory body, and the last is the transference according to the generation stage. The so-called last transference like the generation stage, that is, the transference like the nirmanakaya: visualize the lama at the crown of your head, the central channel like an upturned copper conch shell. At the navel, visualize a red AH (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), at the heart, a blue HUNG (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hung), and at the crown, a white KSHA (Tibetan: ཀྵ, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्ष, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣa, Chinese literal meaning: Ksha). Slightly suppress the upper air, and forcefully draw up the lower air and push it upwards, and remember the word "HIK" in your mind. By pushing the HUNG (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hung) with the AH (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), the KSHA (Tibetan: ཀྵ, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्ष, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣa, Chinese literal meaning: Ksha) touches and trembles. By saying "KA", the HUNG (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hung) separates from the KSHA (Tibetan: ཀྵ, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्ष, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣa, Chinese literal meaning: Ksha), and the AH (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) separates from the HUNG (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hung), and focus on it as before. Also, meditate in accordance with any one of the three vase breaths, superior, intermediate, or inferior. Signs such as warmth gathering at the crown and swelling will occur, which is the practice. The actual transference is the same as above, but there is no need to lower it, and there is no need to clearly visualize the letter KSHA (Tibetan: ཀྵ, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्ष, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣa, Chinese literal meaning: Ksha). Think that the HUNG (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hung) dissolves into the heart of the lama or yidam. Do twenty-one HIKs. Furthermore, there is forcible transference and the secret path transference of Vajrasattva. Secondly, the instructions for incidental entering a corpse are not explained here. Thus, there are five meditation practices for the bardo illusory body. In general, there are twenty-seven or twenty-eight meditation practices for the illusory body. Fourth, the stages of clear light manifest enlightenment include the object to be attained, manifest enlightenment, and the means to attain it, the practice of clear light. The first is that there are two types of manifest enlightenment, outer manifest enlightenment and inner manifest enlightenment. As it is said, "When the vajra sun has set, one should engage in all practices. When the dawn arises, the supreme meditation will be accomplished." The meaning of this should be understood extensively elsewhere. Secondly, learning the two yogas that accomplish clear light, and how to meditate on clear light after becoming familiar with them. The first is to grasp it completely, that is, to focus on the appearance of oneself as a deity, like an illusion, without distraction, and naturally and gradually let it dissolve into space, abiding in its natural state. Afterwards, analyze it, whether one's self and the environment appear as deities, or whether one remains in an ordinary state, knowing it to be like an illusion, one looks intently at the outer appearance, and it dissolves into space. Then, looking at oneself, it also dissolves into space.

Then, abide in the state of being free from elaboration. These two instructions on "pills and scattering" are the unsurpassed oral instructions of Je Lho Drakpa. Lama Jetsun said, "The subsequent scattering of rays of light gathering and dispersing is the means to realize this. The pills and scattering of the completion stage is only this." Therefore, the subsequent scattering of rays of light gathering and dispersing, and the holding of pills, arise in many ways due to the distinctions of chakras, etc. Without such practices, meditate on a lotus in the heart with a bindu (ཨ་ཤད་, Devanagari: अः, Romanized Sanskrit: ah, Literal meaning: Ah) marked with A. By its light, gather yourself into the space of A, which is the holding of pills. Again, as before, by the light of A, first gather all external appearances very intensely. Then, gather your own body, which is the subsequent scattering. In both cases, finally abide in the realm of non-thought. Secondly, there are three meditations on clear light: meditation on clear light in equipoise, meditation on clear light in sleep, and meditation on clear light at death. In the first of these, the two that show reliance on the bodies of others are shown separately, but they are similar to mind isolation. Here, there are three that rely on the nature of reality: the clear light of nature, the clear light of the path, and the clear light of wisdom. The first is: leave the body and speech in their natural state. Focus the gaze on the expanse of emptiness in front, at whatever height is comfortable. With the mind in the state of pills and scattering, abide in the clear light free from elaboration. Play without hope or fear. Maintain continuity without going elsewhere. Relax and rest without effort or striving. By meditating in this way, various signs of subtle and gross stages of absorption, such as mirages, will arise. The second is: whatever appearances appear, whatever signs arise, focus on them single-pointedly and cultivate them as before, so that the object and mind become one taste. The third is: in that state, look closely at the nature of your own mind. Whatever thoughts and ideas arise, do not try to change them, but look at them without distraction. In this way, you will realize the meaning of being free from effort and striving. Secondly, after gaining some familiarity with the meditation on the clear light of daytime, focus your mind on the blue bindu at the center of the four-petaled blue lotus that is the Dharma wheel in your heart. Repeatedly generate the intention to practice virtue during deep sleep. Practice for half a month or whatever is appropriate. Then, make many ganachakra offerings and torma offerings.
