Thinking of the rainbow-like light dissolving into the sky is the visualization of exemplary luminosity. Third, like vajra recitation, meditate on the base of the triple-stacked deity, and connect it with vase breathing. Then, the samaya-being dissolves into the wisdom-being. Focus single-mindedly on the wisdom-being's appearance. Thinking of the wisdom-being dissolving into the vajra, and let it increase. Thinking of it dissolving into Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), that is attainment. Letting Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) dissolve into the sky, remaining in a state of non-elaboration, is exemplary luminosity. Remembering the empowerment experiences of all of these, it is necessary to strive for the wind practice that possesses the four combinations of vase-like. Also, here, meditating on tummo can also lead to mind-focus, but it is not mentioned in the text. Second, the way to cultivate the wisdom of mind isolation: In all sessions and intervals, without deliberately elaborating on anything, from the state of remaining in equanimity, one should recognize the nature of one's own mind by looking at it greatly. The appearance of the five objects appearing like a path, or arising in the mind like a path, is appearance. Examining it minutely on top of that, the appearance seems extremely clear, that is increase. Even if not deliberately blocked, it spontaneously becomes unclear in its continuum, and gradually the appearance ceases, that is attainment. Cultivating them in their own time by recognizing their own nature means recognizing that the parts of appearance, increase, and attainment exist even in a single moment of consciousness. As mentioned before, in the state of meditating on the object of visualization, one should also recognize the ways in which the three appearances arise based on the object of visualization that arises in the mind, and cultivate them in a way that does not alter their nature. Thus, in mind isolation, there are four great visualizations and sixteen visualization cycles. Third, the order of self-blessing of the illusory body has two parts: the samadhi illusory body and the post-meditation illusory body. The first has recognizing the nature and recognizing the illusion. The first is: The preliminary practices such as body posture are done as before. Without meditating on whether the mind exists or not, whether it is or is not, remain focused. Without looking at anything, remain blank. Without grasping onto anything, remain spacious. Whatever appearance of discursive thoughts arises, recognize that appearance, and let the appearance dissolve into the dharmadhatu.

Without straying into distraction, hold the mind. If drowsiness or sleepiness arises, exert effort in innovative contemplation. If agitated and scattered, relax the mind, knowing the contemplation of subduing. If the practice is good in the early session and bad in the later session, or good at the beginning of the session and bad at the end, then loosen the effort and meditate while resting. If the practice is bad in the early session and good in the later session, or the opposite, it means the practice is weak, so from the beginning to the end of the session, maintain a balanced tension and relaxation, and meditate by being able to settle in the uncorrected natural state. At this time, the signs of the absorption of earth, water, fire, wind, and space will also appear, and from this, the example luminosity will arise, so you should practice it for a long time. The second is the basis of the object of focus, the branch of the object of focus, and the enhancement of the object of focus, of which there are three. The first is: after a little experience has arisen from the previous one, practice as before, and when it comes to the time of the example luminosity, then extend it for a long time. Finally, recognize the clarity of the mind, and in an instant, visualize it as the body of Vajradhara. There, in the state where only the deity's form appears and there is no recognition, recognize your own nature and practice. The second is to gather the two, the one with the wheel and the one without the wheel, between the nadis. Transform the mere appearance of the nadi into the deity's form. Above the triple bodhisattva, the form of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Chinese literal meaning: 吽) is transformed into the deity's form. For the lower gate of great bliss, transform the experience of inexpressible bliss with the object of focus, so that the deity's form appears clearly. The third is the enhancement of the object of focus: place a painted image, standing, leaning back, turning downwards, sitting in a circle, either in your own heart or in front of your forehead, and let its image appear in a clear mirror. Focus your mind on the heart of the image, and look at it clearly without distraction. The mere appearance of a clear image, the appearance of fine hairs being clear and spreading as if they were broken and separated, the attainment of being unclear and returning to oneself in darkness, the clear and transparent awareness of nothing appearing, is the example luminosity. From that state, the experience and appearance arise clearly, which is the conventional truth of the illusory body. Do not let all of that pass by as merely remembering names and meanings, but in the nature of being free from thought and thinking, repeatedly look and meditate in the manner of recognizing your own nature. In the category of meditative illusion, thus it is the object of focus.
