Earth symbolizes. The wisdom of the breath entering and dissolving into the central channel realizes it. The nature of all sounds and words, the appearance of emptiness, all sounds abide in the mantra, which is symbolized by the letter Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ā). The wisdom of the breath abiding within and dissolving into the central channel realizes it. The nature of all awareness, the bliss of the unchanging bindu, and the indivisible abiding of emptiness, are symbolized by the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). The breath flows outward and stops in the central channel, thus realizing it. The way of realization is also in this, in the stage of speech-silence, realizing in the manner of a shadow, a shadow refers to the appearance of an image. The chief of the three letters is the letter Hūṃ, the chief of the breath is abiding, but here in speech-silence, the recitation of speech is most important, therefore the chief of the breath is abiding, combined with the mantra of speech, the letter Āḥ. These are the very reality of mantra. Thus, understanding and knowing the conventional way of abiding of all breaths, which is the reality of breath, and the ultimate way of abiding, which is the reality of mantra, is called the reality of recitation. The practice of speech-silence should be learned and practiced in Vajra recitation. As the "Non-Dual Victorious King Sutra" says: "After reciting the unequaled mantra, it is practiced by one who possesses practice, with this in one month, the three realms will surely be accomplished. The mantra born from consciousness, after reciting with six characteristics, if one prostrates to Vajrasattva, it will be accomplished on the full moon." Here it says that the three realms are the place of three appearances, meaning that relying on speech-silence, mind-silence can be accomplished. The six characteristics are: counting, differentiating, abiding, intention, stopping, and abandoning with intention. Generally, there are six differences in Vajra recitation, among which the first three are applied in the recitation of speech-silence. As the "Vajra Garland Sutra" says: "The measure of breath is counting, the differentiation of breath, and the difference of abiding is in the channels. The difference of time is intention, the stopping of all breaths, and abandoning with intention. Thus, the six summarized are called exhaling and inhaling." Here it says that the first is determining movement, the second is clarifying form, and the third is, from which channel the breath

It is to understand the cause. The three are at the time of speech isolation. Fourth, by knowing which winds generate which thoughts, one clearly recognizes the boundary between conceptual and non-conceptual, which is the Vajra recitation during the stage of mind isolation. Fifth, by understanding all thoughts as illusory, one realizes that dwelling in the non-conceptual state will transform, which is the Vajra recitation during the stage of the illusory body. Sixth, by manifesting the non-conceptual wisdom that abandons concepts, this is the Vajra recitation of the clear light stage. What is said here, counting and analysis dwelling, conceptual and reversing and abandoning with conceptual, these six from the Sutra perspective, counting and following dwelling, conceptual and transforming and completely pure. The meaning is also roughly the same, except for the difference in transformation and the category of names, it is only the same name. Regarding this, the Vajra recitation mentioned here is when the coarse breath enters the coarse central channel, and the three of entering, dwelling, and dissolving become stable. In Samadhi, all three of the breath entering, dwelling, and rising generate the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, which is called Vajra recitation. Whether it is Kumbhaka, the edge of dust, the full, the rigid, or the Vajra recitation of training the channels, etc., all are Vajra recitation. If it is said to be Vajra recitation, it should not be understood only as the Vajra recitation of channel training. This is because channel training is a special term for the general term Vajra recitation. Also, it is said that channel training is because some people think that it is only a preliminary clearing of the path, and not the real wind yoga of wind entering the central channel. Although it feels belittled and unpleasant, the wind can also enter the central channel through channel training. Therefore, there is no difference in the scope of Vajra recitation and Prana. These are the uniqueness of recitation. Speech isolation has been explained. The meaning of the mantra itself mentioned above is that the clarity and emptiness awareness obtained from the power of the wind entering the central channel appears in a way that cannot be expressed in language, and is adorned with bliss and deity form. That continuum again dissolves into the melting bliss bindu and chakras, and dwells firmly. The Samadhi that focuses on the mind of bliss and emptiness is the complete isolation of the mind.
