At the time of the lunar year, even in a thousand eons, each moment of dwelling is the eternal manifestation of the union of wisdom. Thus it is said. When dwelling in the center of the sphere of space, that is, within the central channel Avadhūta (Sanskrit: अवधूत, Avadhūta, meaning: Avadhūta), one should contemplate the mandala of the indestructible bindu of luminosity. Thus it is said. This is as stated in the Root Tantra: "Dwelling in the center of the sphere of space, one should meditate on the mandala of luminosity." The sixth chapter indicates the meaning of this instruction. All practices of the indestructible bindu, such as those with wheels, without wheels, and the three-tiered heroes, will be revealed. Moreover, the mandala of luminosity is the name of the moon, and it is a symbol of the bodhicitta bindu, also showing the process of the blazing tummo melting the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: हुं, hūṃ, meaning: Hūṃ). Here, the actual mantra wheel is stated in the Subsequent Tantra: "Having contemplated one's own mantra in the heart, life is placed as the bindu." Therefore, it is considered to be shown thus: the wheel of eight petals, in three tiers. The navel chakra is located in the center of the central channel, the indestructible bindu mixed with the essence of the life-force wind, together with the seed syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit: अ, a, meaning: A). On the outer layer of eight petals, the twelve vowels are in pairs in each direction, and one in each corner. Also, as stated in the Prophecy of Intentions Tantra: "The sixteen parts, etc., abide." According to this statement, it is clear that all sixteen vowels are needed. However, since the four neuter vowels are placed elsewhere, they are not placed here, which is the oral instruction of the guru. By focusing on such lotus petals and white letters, when luminosity is attained, the experience of appearance arises, and gradually, the uncommon cause of attaining the ground of appearance is attained. Between the eight petals are consonants, with letters from ka to ha, omitting the letter ksha, and adding two gutturals and two labials, a total of four. Thus, the five groups have five each, plus the final sounds and warm sounds, and the labiodental sounds each have four, for a total of thirty-seven consonants in eight groups. As the Prophecy Tantra says: "The fifth is fully endowed with five, the four must be combined into three." It is said that this is its meaning. If one focuses on these red letters tsa, and attains luminosity, the wisdom of increase arises, and gradually one attains its status. In the small letters of the golden script, the wheel

The letters of these two syllables should be explained in this inverted way. It is said that they are mutually complementary, so there is no contradiction. Within the eight petals, meditate on the four neuter vowel letters as being blue. If clear appearance is attained, the wisdom of having attained appearance will arise, and gradually its level will be attained. These twelve vowel letters of the outer circle, like a rosary with half-moon, bindu, and nada, are said to be meditated upon as being evenly arranged. Or, like a rosary, as it appears in other instructions, I think this also refers to the expansion and contraction of the vowel letters along with the movement of breath. However, it has not been clearly seen or heard in the small instruction booklets of the Marpa tradition. After meditating on that mantra wheel, one should contemplate having the five stages, that is, the complete seat of the five stages, or called "one seat." The term "one seat" does not appear in the tantric texts, so to recognize its meaning, the oral instruction is reliable. If that is the case, the yoga of the six stages, such as body isolation, etc., will not be completed in one seat even if one practices by distributing the objects separately in the past and future for many years. But within one session, if one has the practice of all six or five stages on one great object, it is called completing in one seat. Among them, it is best if one actually attains the deity of body isolation. If not, it is sufficient to merely have the intention of body isolation for the corresponding deity or the deity of the generation stage. In the heart of that deity, meditate on the complete mandala of the mantra wheel just mentioned. If one has previous experience in the generation stage, or if one has sharp faculties, even if one does not practice the generation stage, the Marpa tradition considers that merely practicing the mantra wheel can replace the generation stage and body isolation. It is similar in direction to what is said in the Samputa Tantra that by meditating on the root syllables of the four wheels, one will attain the eight siddhis such as the sword. Then, the tube of the chakra, with the space of the Avadhuti as the main part, is called the wisdom vowel A. The letters residing in them are called the "Bam" syllable method. At this time, from the center of the heart chakra, the indestructible bindu resides within the knot of the central channel. Exhaling and the Hum syllable.
