And, the twelve sources arise. This means that, although the nature of union is always present, it is impossible to manifest in the time of samsara except in the stages of the path and the result. If one can see it directly, one can attain the state of Vajradhara at will. If one does not realize it, one will wander in various beings. As it is said in the Tantra of Explanation, the Prophecy of Intent: 'The ultimate end of the future indicates the one, the ultimate end of the past is the same. When the mind is manifested, one can act as one pleases. Because the mind is not seen by it, various views arise. Therefore, they are in samsara, and become the names of the six realms of beings. Therefore, Brahma, Vishnu, and the great Ishvara all rely on it. The movements of the moon, sun, and stars are all done by them. The thirty-three gods, and the abode of Tushita, and other hells as well, can be reached in an instant by sight. One can also reach the realm of pretas, and various different realms of beings. When ignorance is completely relied upon, one does not even know oneself. Consciousness and unconsciousness are both considered as beings and exist. Then, it arises from the wind, and again ceases from the wind. The parts of day and night also fall into attachment to one's own image. Then, because of fear of samsara, they enter various different realms of beings. That non-discriminating mind, although dwelling in the ocean of samsara, because of being inverted and confused, the mind will also become a dog, a jackal, an elephant, and even a horse. Similarly, it will also become a pig, and humans such as illusionists, mourners, inferior castes, and all edible and inedible birds. Bodhicitta will arise. Brahmins and other worldly wise people arise from Bodhicitta. The aggregates and other things will disappear, and what one experiences will be known. This is called worldly wisdom. The Bodhicitta of the omniscient one, through the practice of a faulty object, will become a Buddha. Like the nature of illusion, it will only become words.' This is to say that, due to the power of the habits left on the mind, driven by the wind, it will be in different beings.
