Oṃ. Its meaning is that all the definite meanings of these are contained in the Vajra recitation. The ultimate truth of this and that is contrary to the conventional truth of this and that. That is its meaning. The letter 'Ya' symbolizes the wisdom of the wind stopping in the central channel, which can accomplish anything at will, and various activities are accomplished through desire. To accomplish in this way, the action that is very helpful is that one should engage in how one understands the benefit of oneself and others through the symbolism of the three letters 'Ra' etc. What are the three? The symbolism of the letter 'Ra' is the blazing Tummo that arises from the power of meditation; the symbolism of the letter 'Va' is the bliss of the melting of the letter 'Hum' (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head from that; the symbolism of the letter 'La' is the meaning of becoming solid by binding the bindu immovably. It is necessary to combine not only the general properties of fire, water, and earth, but also these specific properties. Only the Vajra recitation that possesses these specific properties can accomplish activities and siddhis, not otherwise. That is its meaning. Explaining the meaning of this verse, most Tibetan and Chinese scholars explain that the letter 'Ya' represents the wind mandala, which can accomplish any fierce action; the three letters 'Ra' etc. engage in benefiting beings through the three remaining modes of action. They seem to identify siddhis with pacification etc. Examining this, it is found that 'anything' only indicates manifest action, and there is no certainty that indicates the three actions of pacifying, increasing, and subjugating for the benefit of beings. If one considers the mere accomplishment of four actions as a siddhi, it seems that the point is not grasped, and it also leads to the error of repeating the meaning of the following words. Therefore, it must be that the wind stops in the central channel, and one is able to cultivate the union of bliss and warmth in the central channel, the movement of the wind is certain, the appearance is clear, and the yogi is able to see the way the wind moves in each chakra. At that time, since one is able to transform the essence of the wind into the form of a deity, the illusory-like samadhi mentioned above will arise, and the illusory body hinted at by prostrating to Vajrasattva will also arise. If the illusory body arises, then the activities and siddhis of Vajra recitation will arise effortlessly. This only transforms into that form at the time of visualization, it is not always in that state, and the yogi

Therefore, that mount is not actually performing bodily activities, nor is it the master of the body. It is different from the stages of self-blessing. When transforming through visualization, the life force and other winds actually exist within the central channel and so on. Therefore, it is far superior to the generation stage that merely arises in the mind and is accompanied by bodily stillness. This is the same as the meaning of accomplishing the life body as stated in the ultimate tantras. However, no one in the old and new traditions of Guhyasamaja Father Tantra in the snowy mountains has ever heard of it. They are just reciting the words "with illusion-like samadhi" and so on in vain. The combination of each mandala with activities is: the wind of fire, the wind of wind, the wind of the great powerful earth, and the wind of water. Thus, in the mandalas of each of the great or small elements, the four great activities are accomplished separately. A period is half a period, that is, in each period of nine hundred winds, the activities relative to the great and small elements are places where two different activities can be accomplished. That is, if the wind accomplishes fierceness, the fire accomplishes power, the water accomplishes pacification, and the earth accomplishes increase, then in the thousand periods of the nine hundred winds of the Lotus Lord, relying on the aspect of the great element of skillful means, the activity of power can always be accomplished during this period. Relying on the aspect of the small element of wisdom, fire two hundred and twenty-five is the activity of power, but attracting its aspect and so on, wind two hundred and twenty-five is manifestation, earth two hundred and twenty-five is increase, and water two hundred and twenty-five is pacification are accomplished. Therefore, that is how the two activities are accomplished. Some say that for the four elements, outwardly there is a collection of individual activities, and inwardly there is a moment of wisdom entering the central channel, that is, performing two activities. Also, defining half a period and explaining it under the control of eight periods is irrelevant and unreasonable. Therefore, in this case, there are six periods during the day and six periods during the night, totaling twelve periods, and each period has eight hundred breaths. Half of that is nine hundred, which is one Lord mandala. That is, when that mandala descends, in equipoise, the wind enters the central channel and is increased by the bliss-heat. The wind arises as an illusion-like deity.
