Recite after manifesting it as it is. For example, just as when seeking an elephant, having actually found the real elephant, one does not seize it, but instead searches for the elephant's footprints, seeking the elephant in vain. The body of the mantra, the mantra itself, has already manifested, yet one seeks imitations of the mantra, such as recitations of letters, names, and words—this is a word of dissatisfaction. The way to accomplish the three actions of mudra is: Furthermore, the Vajradhara who has perfected the deity yoga contemplated through realization and has obtained the power of speech recitation, a person who has the ability to truly apply the three combinations, invites the deities with mantras and mudras, requests them to descend, and likewise requests them to abide. Relying on these three combinations, if one accumulates merit and accomplishes siddhis, then the yogi of speech solitude, abandoning elaborate mantras and mudras, contemplates the suchness of the indivisibility of wind and mantra, and by drawing the wind inward, invites all the mandalas of wisdom. By going out quickly, one requests them to descend, and by not being either, that is, by abiding within, one accomplishes all the actions of requesting them to abide, accomplishing various siddhis, various actions, and various places for accumulating various merits, accomplishing the supreme perfection that fulfills all desires. The letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) rising outward is swift, the letter Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ།,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) coming inward completely gathers, and the letter Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊) abiding is slow. The combination of the meaning of wind and the three mantras is extremely secret, and those without fortune cannot hear it, therefore, the guru should diligently speak it into the ear of the disciple. Explanation of the recitation of arising and entering: Thereafter, for the sake of the yogi's freedom in the stage of speech solitude, the supreme of practice, that is, for the sake of extreme stability, I shall explain the secret letters that bestow the fruit of yoga samadhi. Merely thinking and contemplating, one will quickly bestow supreme siddhi upon the dependent individual yogi, the initial recitation of all letters.

Therefore, the syllable Om is the first syllable. By applying the mind to its meaning, one should always inhale the breath. The syllable Āḥ, the eighth section, which has the warm ending Ha, with a bindu on top, is placed in the meaning of the syllable Hūṃ. The yogi exhales the breath, and this is said to be a recitation that is practiced as one pleases and without effort. It is not said here that the breath remains, nor is the syllable Āḥ said, so it appears to be a two-syllable vajra recitation. At the base time, the breath remains inward, and there is a little outward dwelling, but it is very subtle. Therefore, the outward dwelling is included in the outward going, and the inward dwelling is included in the coming. Then it is two syllables. The outward dwelling is the same as that, and the inward dwelling is generated for a long time, then it becomes three syllables. If the recitation is generated, and the outward dwelling is also generated, then it becomes four syllables. The distinctions within those, and the combination with two or three breaths, etc., then many syllables of recitation arise. Among them, for the two syllables, in the Vajra Garland, it is said that the two syllables Hūṃ and Hoḥ are combined, and their symbolic meaning will be explained below. Here, it is shown that the experience of clarity is increased by the syllable Om, and the experience of emptiness is increased by the syllable Hūṃ. The experience of bliss and warmth is commonly combined with both. Such a recitation of breath, twenty-one thousand six hundred, every day and night, the yogi master recites the mantra of breath. If the number of recitations is practiced in this way, then the vajra recitation of the completion stage, each recitation is also reciting the mantras of all the deities at once. Therefore, those in the generation stage cannot count it even in an eon, but here it is accomplished in an instant. The indication of the difference in names is that such a yoga of breath is called the yoga of subtle union in this tantra of yoga, because it is very profound and secret and difficult to understand, so it is considered subtle. Although there is no reading of books and oral recitation, it is self-established by its nature, so it is said to be vajra recitation. The stages of speech solitude.
