So. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. This comes from the tenth chapter. The recitation of understanding the meaning, From the goodness of no self-nature, Examined by the Buddhas of the three times, That is explained as the Vajra recitation. This comes from the thirteenth chapter. Eating alms and not reciting, One should not be attached to what is not begged for. Enjoying all desires, Recite without diminishing the limbs of the mantra. This comes from the seventh chapter. The meaning of that and that should be done like this: The so-called suchness of mantra is not only mantra, but the suchness of recitation is also shown together with the mantra. The so-called clarity of body, speech, and mind is the meaning represented by the three syllables, which is the suchness of mantra. It is also the essence of all the deities of mantra, and it is also the object of urging. With the realization of that suchness, while abiding equally in meaning, it arises from the recitation of the three symbolic syllables. The so-called path of words is not only blessed and transformed by the three vajras, but also in the manner of speaking from the door of the mouth. The nature or essence of the three, wind entering, abiding, and arising, is the recitation of understanding the meaning of bliss and emptiness. The gross winds dissolve into the indestructible and become selfless, and because of realizing the clear light from that, it is good. Therefore, "because" is a word of reason. Because it is good, that recitation is said to be the Vajra recitation. The three times are the three, wind arising, abiding, and entering. That itself is Buddha, expanded and examined by the wisdom of bliss, clarity, and emptiness, that is, practice. With the word "three times," the meaning of "understanding the meaning" is explained extensively. Also, the Sanskrit word for alms is bhikṣa. Adding a letter, bhanni akṣara means different letters. In the "Declaration of Intentions," it is said: Different letters are alms, The recitation of that is eating, They want to eat alms. Whoever delights in repeating, The yogi's breath comes and goes, The nature of the four unions is, Abiding as the basis of wisdom and means, Therefore, recite without diminishing the limbs of the mantra. Thus it is said. In the "Loss and Gain," in those and so on, They do not want to eat those alms. It is good that the negative word appears like this: Eating alms and not reciting.

E! This is to explain the meaning of not eating. Therefore, if one does not understand the three aspects of wind—arising, abiding, and ceasing—and the meaning represented by the three syllables of a letter as being of the same essence, but instead perceives them as different, that is a beggar. To recite in such a way, with the movement of breath going in and out, is a sign of eating a beggar. Therefore, instead of reciting mantras with the perception that wind and mantra are different, one should recite with the understanding that wind and mantra are inseparable. One should not cling to the state of not being a beggar, that is, the inseparability of wind and mantra, with true attachment and pride. Each of the four skillful mandala also has the classification of winds associated with four wisdom goddesses. Completing the shares and numbers of large and small winds that occur within a single day is to ensure that the limbs of the mantra are not diminished; thus, one should recite. If one can recite without distraction all 21,600 breaths of a day, then one can accomplish it. If one cannot accomplish it in that way, merely reciting the White-Clad Goddess or just one like the Lotus Lord will not complete the limbs of the mantra, thus the growth of qualities will be small and obstacles will arise. Therefore, in the morning session, recite the White-Clad Goddess 225 times, in the midday session, recite Mamaqi, in the evening session, recite Buddha Eye Mother, and in the night session, recite Tara 225 times. In this way, the limbs of the goddess's mantra will be complete. Therefore, one can extrapolate this to other cases. Alternatively, if one considers it from the perspective of the great elements, reciting the Lotus Lord 900 times in the morning, the Karma Lord at noon, the Jewel Lord in the evening, and the Vajra Lord 900 times at night, the wind limbs of the four skillful lords will not be diminished, and the wisdom limbs will be accomplished incidentally. Therefore, obstacles will not arise, and the growth of qualities will be great. Therefore, one can extrapolate this to other cases. If realization beyond mind isolation has arisen, then such determination is not necessary, but below that, it is considered very important. Moreover, this must be done by someone who, as a beginner, can understand the distinction between the consort and the mandala. Therefore, one should abide in the stage of speech isolation and act accordingly. To enjoy all desires is to perform the Vajra recitation of the five branch winds and to rely on various desirable objects.
