The supreme position of all, the wheel of great bliss pervades. (Thus it is said.) Thus, the union at the tip of the nose, in those three, just as the stages of speech isolation and life force exertion are, so is the Vajra recitation. If this key point is understood, some say that the general name for this stage is the stage of life force exertion, and the stage of Vajra recitation is a specific name applied to the general. And, the inner life force exertion Vajra recitation, and the outer life force exertion activities, etc., if one slightly fails to understand accordingly, all the basis of errors will be purified. Third, how to generate the stages of the six yogas in the continuum. In the commentary on Vasubandhu's Treasury of Knowledge, it says: Counting and following, abiding and pondering, and transformation and, complete purification are considered as six. What is said here is not the actual Vajra recitation, but the six yogas of Vajra recitation have the same name and similar characteristics. Among them, counting is counting without error. If one can count to a thousand, then calm abiding is accomplished, said the great translator Yeshe De. Following is knowing that with the in and out breath, not only wind, but also the other three elements follow. Abiding is knowing that when the wind stays inside, it stays in a cluster like a rosary from the nostrils to the soles of the feet. Pondering is thinking about the benefits and harms of the wind's function. Transformation is transforming the perception of wind into selflessness, etc. Complete purification is that by meditating on it, transcendental wisdom arises, and the seen and abandoned are abandoned. Here also in the Vajra Garland it says: The measure of breath is counting, the form of wind is examined, the difference of place is of the channels, the difference of time is pondering, the stopping of the winds, and abandoning with pondering. Thus, in short, the six, the coming and going are called. Thus it is said, the first yoga of counting, the second examination of form is following, the third yoga of place is abiding, there is a difference of transformation, the fourth yoga of pondering, only the name is the same, the fifth yoga of stopping is transformation.

And the meaning is the same. Sixth, the yoga of abandoning conceptualization is the same as complete purification. From the first aspect, initially, exhaling and inhaling, twenty-one thousand, and the same number, one hundred and sixty, day and night are certain, as the place where the number is obtained. It is said that counting is certain by the method of determining the movement. From the second aspect, the life in each moment, and, it is observed in effort, with the number of two thousand seven hundred, it is correctly identified. That is to say, there are many differences such as two thousand seven hundred movements in each moment, and the four goddesses among the winds of the four protectors, etc., knowing that the wind follows other arising, this is the clear way. From the third aspect, the distinction of the four wheels, day and night are certain, then with the effort of the place, observe separately. It is said that the exhaling and inhaling wind runs from this chakra, thus knowing separately, realizing from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet in a lump-like manner. From the fourth aspect, the place is observed separately, one hundred and eight especially run, with the union of non-conceptualization, having the characteristic of abandoning conceptualization. That is to say, knowing the characteristics of the one hundred and eight winds, and also knowing what conceptualizations arise from it, understanding these becomes non-conceptual, therefore also knowing the way in which non-conceptual wisdom arises, knowing the benefits and harms of conceptualization and non-conceptualization. From the fifth aspect, then the yoga reverses, the great wind free from conceptualization, runs in the chakra, after obtaining it, reversing, the yogi of afflictions from all aspects, for certainty is ultimate. It is said that the Sanskrit word for conceptualization is Upalaksana (梵文天城体:उपलाक्षण,梵文罗马拟音:upalakṣaṇa,汉语字面意思:approaching representation), which also has the meaning of approaching representation. The yogi who abides in characteristics, how the self-nature abides. It also appears like this. That is, reversing the previously strongly running conceptualization, the one hundred and eight winds of conceptualization become winds free from conceptualization, therefore only abiding in non-conceptualization in equanimity, although it is non-conceptual, but in the chakra
