Or, is it just bliss? Or is it the most supreme? By thinking and meditating on the appearances of wisdom, etc., the life-winds dissolve and abide in the indestructible bindu, which is called abiding in equipoise. This teaches the meditation on the mantra bindu at the tip of the nose in the heart, and this is the instruction for joining the mind with complete solitude. Therefore, those who have perfected the stages of speech solitude should meditate on it. This clarifies the words of the root tantra, which says, "Meditate on white mustard seed and jewels at the tip of the nose," explaining where on the tip of the nose and how to meditate on a jewel or white mustard seed. The Vajra Garland says, "The characteristics of the three tips of the nose are the names of secret, heart, and face nose." Thus, it explains the three tips of the nose, and the three bindus of wind, substance, and mantra are unsurpassed. Thus, it clearly shows the yoga of the three bindus. For further detailed explanations, refer to that tantra itself. The second, detailed explanation, includes: a detailed explanation of the suchness of wind, and a detailed explanation of the suchness of mantra and recitation. The first part is: What is the conventional way of abiding of the winds, and what is the entry into the ultimate nature of reality? That is called the way of abiding or suchness of wind. The yogi needs to understand and realize it, and make it the object of focus. Regarding this, to briefly state the general meaning: In general, the basis that needs to be struck at the essential point is: abiding is the channels, moving is the wind, arrangement is bodhicitta, and the nature of mind is clear light, these four. However, the classification of channels and bindus is not explained in detail in the scriptures of the Arya cycle, so it will not be explained in detail here either for the time being. If you want to know, you can understand it from the explanatory tantra Vajra Garland or the tantric scriptures of the Mother Tantra. I have already clearly explained the rough parts elsewhere. Furthermore, the 72,000 channels are coarse, namely the four chakras, and the six petals of the wind chakra at the eyebrow center, and the three spokes of the fire chakra below the throat, that is, the sixth channel chakra with the addition of the two fire-wind chakras is medium, while the three channels of rolangma, rasanā, and avadhuti are subtle, and the centers of the avadhuti chakra are very subtle. The wind also flows in the nostrils,

Movement and the like are coarse. The nature of the five elements of wind that does not move and revolves within the body, and the ten transforming winds, etc., and those that generate various conceptualizations are intermediate. The subtle wind that becomes the mount of the four appearances, and especially the mount of clear light, is extremely subtle. Flesh, blood, bones, internal organs, etc., the sixteen or twenty-four elements, etc., are coarse. The causes of these, the white and red, are intermediate, and the white and red that reside within the central channel are subtle, and the 'ka' that exists above them, although without tangible obstruction, exists in the form of luster, radiance, and light, is extremely subtle. The various conceptualizations of virtue, non-virtue, and neutrality related to actions, agents, and deeds are coarse mind. The consciousness in which various object appearances arise is intermediate. The various experiences of inner bliss and clarity that arise are subtle. The nature of awareness and emptiness, which never changes, is extremely subtle. Except for the last one, all the others are only within the realm of relative truth. The ultimate clear light is contained within the last one, which is all aspects, free from elaboration, unchanging, and the great bliss of self-awareness. Having understood the general aspects of coarse and subtle in this way, now I will briefly explain the classification of winds. As it is said in the Vajramala: If a yogi meditates on wind, he will quickly attain accomplishment. Therefore, it is beneficial to touch the key points of wind well. The Compendium of Sources says: Not knowing the practice of wind, and not meditating even if one knows, that one is nourished by all sufferings, and becomes a worm of samsara. This is the fault of not knowing wind yoga and not meditating even if one knows it. Therefore, here there are five aspects: the classification of winds, the categories of names, the meanings of each division, the way they move, and the aspects related to the key points of practice. First, the necessary classification of winds is: the five root winds and the five branch winds, totaling ten. Furthermore, in the Vajramala it says: In order to identify the horses of the one hundred and eight conceptualizations, it is also said that there are one hundred and eight winds, but they are all included within the ten winds.
